So glad we tried this place! Generous portions and everything tasted so fresh! We enjoyed the fried mushrooms and clam chowder first and they are the best I have had anywhere! The mushrooms were the perfect golden brown and the clam chowder is made daily in house - full of tender clams and potatoes … delicious! For our entrees there were so many wonderful options to choose from … we selected the Stuffed Shrimp dinner and Cod & Shrimp dinner and they were both excellent! Our food came out quickly and was the perfect temp. The staff was so nice and the detail to their decor makes the dining area so cozy and inviting! This is a hidden gem that we look forward to going to again and again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Outstanding! 🎉 Seafood Shack is the place to go! We had lobster Mac-n-cheese for an appetizer. It was sooo creamy and the lobster was so tender! My husband had the baked seafood platter. The portion was great. All the favors were so delicious. It was so hard to pick, but I decided on the Connecticut Lobster roll! Never had one before, but I was so happy with my choice. The warm buttery lobster (huge amount) on a toasted roll was the best! The lobster was so fresh and tender. Lake County is so lucky to have marvelous restaurant…and so are we! ❤️

This little restaurant has amazing New England Seafood. They have Ipswich Clams which are extremely difficult to find. They serve them steamed or fried. Their lobster rolls are delicious and served with coleslaw and french fries. Joe gave us a choice of lobster bisque or clam chowder on the house because we wore blue! Joe is the owner and is extremely friendly. Emily served us our food and explained that the lobsters are from Bar Harbor Maine! Everything is fresh and made to order. Very friendly place with great food! Don’t miss out on fresh seafood!

A genuine New England Seafood Shack in Central Florida! The fried clams and onion rings were excellent, if at the very top of my price range. Cleanest clams I've had in a long time... no sand, no shell. The wife had the Shrimp Mozambique, new on the menu. She loved it. It's tangy without being hot (spicy) unless you're from MN or WI. They're gonna need a bigger place. Don't change the name so I can find it next time we're in the area!

Mom and dad brought me clam cakes, lobster roll and chowder. Absolutely delicious. They had great service and enjoyed everything they had. The clam cakes are good sized and still warm by the time they brought them to me. About 25 minute ride and the staff made sure to separate everything so nothing was soggy. Definitely recommend Went again on 6/30/23 amazing food, the owner comes out and checks on you and the wait staff is also checking on you. Great service. The price of the seafood is worth it. Yummmmmm!

My wife and friends tried each and compared their likings. That ended in an enjoyable stalemate! Their kitchen does not use heat lamps to keep your food hot. It comes from the kitchen to your table as soon as it’s cooked. Indoor seating is limited, but they are expanding their patio area for additional seating. We found the staff as very friendly, accommodating their visitors and attentive to our needs. The kitchen staff was all business to complete their customers orders in a timely manner. The lobsters are from Bar Harbor Maine and everything is fresh and made to order. Very friendly place with great food! Friday is Lobster Days; Stuffed Lobster or Single Boiled Lobsters. They serve specials on the weekends with Seafood Boils on Saturdays and Sundays. Open daily 11am - 8pm.

This restaurant was amazing. From the moment we walked in, everyone was so friendly & welcoming. We are from Indiana & wanted a good seafood dinner right before we head home & we made the BEST choice. The food was AMAZING. BEST crab legs I’ve ever had. Seasoning, presentation & atmosphere was top notch. The owner was extremely friendly. Can’t wait to stop back in on our next visit to Florida! THANK YOU!!!

Joe and his team really go above and beyond! The food is absolutely delicious, great balance of flavors, good size portions and always great service! I highly recommend you stopping by and enjoying one of their amazing plates.
