Seacrest Oceanfront Resort - Resort hotel in Hilton Head Island - 10 N Forest Beach Dr, USA

This place is an okay experience. The room is honestly not bad. There’s enough space however we do only have 9 people and it says it sleeps 12 so I don’t feel like that would have been a possibility. The amenities are the reason I’m not a fan of this stay. Everything is always closed. On top of that the indoor pool and hot tub are open but are broken. Followed the instructions they have set on the wall and neither one seemed to work. Which is not big most of the time but it would be nice to have an indoor area to go and relax when they close areas down due to weather. It would also be nice if they would reopen areas after weather. I’ve been trying to get in the outside hot tub for two days and it’s has been locked the entire time for no reason.

We have been coming to SeaCrest for years. For last several years we have watched the facility go into some disrepair. The outdoor courtyard, once beautiful is not well kept and the ponds were scummy and the one closest to Unit 2404 was full of debris and stagnant. The outdoor whirlpool jets did not work our entire 2 week stay. The front pools were nice. Contrary to another review Jim still works behind the bar but not as often as before which is understandable. Our unit was not well cleaned and quite dirty/dusty and in need of a deep cleaning and some paint refresh. I spoke to the HOA manager and he said they are addressing the hot tub and pond/courtyard issues but after many years I think we are moving on to the much nicer MVC properties on the Island. We will visit PBJ but not stay at SeaCrest. It’s seen much better days.

Loved our time at Sea Crest! We will definitely be back in the future. It was awesome being able to walk or ride bikes everywhere. Our Condo was beautiful and clean. Beach Properties of Hilton Head was great to work with as well.

Beautiful place to stay! The rooms were perfect and the views from the balcony were amazing! Super clean and very comfortable and welcoming! Great proximity to the beach, shops and restaurants. Highly recommended!

This was our first time coming to Hilton Head and though the location of the property was nice the facility itself was not well kept. Some areas of the garage had burned out light bulbs and the trash "room" had no lights at least on the 5th floor so we had to team up to hold the door open while the other person through the trash away. The worst part was having VERY loud landscaping going on including bush trimming and blowers every morning starting at 7am until 10am. The property manager was told by the "regime" that there was no work going on and that I was probably hearing work at another property near by which I debunked by sending a video from our 5th floor balcony to the property manager. The water between the building and the Jim's Pool Bar was disgusting and smelled horrible. There's a lot of places to stay in Hilton Head and I will be coming back but not staying here nor will I refer anyone else to stay here. |

Little info given by booking company as too parking. Parking area very tight and dark and damaged our rental. No extra paper towels or toilet paper so bring extra. Rooms were beautiful, inner halls looked like a prison.

One of our favorite places to stay. Has the perfect location walking distance to dinner shops and now the new playground. Pool could be improved, they have a hard time keeping it clean it seems. Rooms can be a hit or miss depending on them being clean and the status of the furniture some condos that we have rented have seen better days

We stayed at Sea Crest Villas in the Coligny Beach area of Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. We loved the proximity to the beach, shops, and restaurants in the Coligny Beach area. The complex itself has a pool, fitness room, and great beach access just across the dunes which are lovely as well. The beach is patrolled by HH lifeguards and they also rent umbrellas and beach chairs daily if guests did not bring them. We would definitely recommend renting bikes as that was a great way to get around the Island. Pool Bar Jim's is right next to the pool so there is a close place to order food or a drink.
