Seacliff Inn Aptos, Tapestry Collection by Hilton - Hotel in Aptos - 7500 Old Dominion Ct, USA

Positive: Beautiful grounds. Plenty of parking ($10/night charge which is reasonable compared to so many others!) All rooms have a nice patio! Beds were super comfortable. Very nice! Will definitely stay here again when in the area!

We loved the little walk to the restaurant. Going over the bridge was special checking out the koi fish. Landscaping was trimmed so intricately. The restaurant had super delicious food & well sized portions. The beds were super comfortable, rooms were clean & quiet. We'd definitely come back in the near future. We also enjoyed some fruit infused ice water.Friendly staff

I wanted to love this inn, but service was spotty. We had to catch the housekeepers in the hall to get the trash collected and another time to get towels. We were there for 4 nights, sheets were never changed and we were not paying reduced prices. The body wash container was empty. No clock. We requested an extra chair and was told there were none available! Extra charge every day to park in a lot. No handicapped parking near our room. The room was clean and I felt safe. These comments do not apply to the restaurant on site.

Comfortable and clean rooms. Beautiful patio area with significant outdoor seating. Great breakfast options (didn't try the lunch/dinner)

Positive: The pool is heated and the location is great for us! Restaurant onsite is yummy too. Negative: You can hear the hallway exit doors slamming early morning and late night. People don¿t respect the rules to leave pool towels at the pool making it Difficult for staff to replenish.

Positive: Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant and bar area was beautiful. The room was very spacious. We really enjoyed that the TV was updated and we could connect our Netflix streaming network. Negative: The bathroom sink in our room was broken. The water did not go down easily and would flood up the sink every time. We didn't find out until late at night when we were brushing our teeth, so it was too late to report it to the staff members.

We stayed in rm. 110 from Dec 26-28, 2023. Band "Chiefs Duo" was playing, Family enjoyed their stay! You gotta see the big boy in the Koi fish pond! Oh and try the velvet cake! Pool is heated too, have fun!

The Hotel was a little over rated for coming under the banner of Hilton. |On reception there is a noticeable difference of welcoming. There was no warmth in the reception manner. Compared to our previous accommodation stays in North America.|Our room was cluttered with 2 queen's with little space to walk down the side of both beds . |Secondly after removing shoes, the carpet was wet. On return to reception, oh sorry about that the carpets were cleaned the day before. We were moved to another room as it was for disabled use. Far bigger with 2 queen's. |The mattresses and pillows need to be updated. Terribly uncomfortable.|Reading previous reviews there are similar responses to the beds |Also a reply by the hotel will be just clicking and paste proformer. Eg: we thankyou for taking the time to review will look into improving our hotel.....|On the up side the restaurant was good. Was nice to sit by the garden pond and enjoy the ambiance. Wait staff were welcoming.
