Besides the fact that for me Seabrook lives up to it's slogan "like living at a resort" in regards to the grounds, landscaping and amenities; what I appreciate the Most about living here are The Staff. In nearly 6 months of residency to date, any and all minor issues we've had with our apartment's utilities (ie., bathroom fan, air/ventfilters) have always been addressed and remedied in short order to our satisfaction. Just the other day my gf said that the air conditioning smelled dusty and dirty and put in a maintenence call. She received a response within about 30 minutes or so, and Fred was able to pop in and replace the air filter easy as pie. Just tonight she remarked "AAAaahhhhh, it smells and FEELS SO MUCH BETTER." There are many reasons why i like living at Seabrook at Bear Brand Apartments... But the People who take care of Us and the place where we all live TOP the List.

My very first impression with Seabrook at Bear Brand was resort quality living. The staff are professional, friendly, and always willing to help. The maintenance staff is stellar. I haven't had to wait more than a day for any request. I’d like to recognize Fred specifically. He prepared my first apartment and it was beautiful. He has been phenomenal with resolving any maintenance issues, as well as following up which is greatly appreciated!. The property is very clean, facilities are great quality and clean and the neighbors are all friendly. It's a very homey and safe community.

I have lived in this complex for a couple of years now. From the office staff to the maintenance crew, this place is fantastic. A special thanks to Fred, who has fixed any issue, although rare, that has come up, pretty much immediately. With a wide variety of beautifully finished units to choose from, I was able to easily switch to a larger unit to accommodate my changing lifestyle. Several of my neighbors have done the same. I know each of my neighbors in my immediate area, which gives the complex a very "home-like" feel. Seabrook is constantly keeping things fun with competitions throughout the complex and varying food trucks. The location is fantastic, as we are within a 5 minute drive to just about everything you can think of, including the beach.

I chose Seabrook at Bear Brand Apartments a few months ago, after looking at several other apartment communities in this beautiful Dana Point area. Seabrook is a very unique community, with hills and beautiful landscaping, and flowing water throughout the property. Maybe that's why they call it Sea brook. They have excellent amenities like 2 big clubhouses, a nice gym, a large and smaller pool, BBQ and fire pit area next to a small waterfall. Best of all its a Smoke Free Environment, which is surprising hard to find in this area. Lots of shopping next door, and 2 miles straight to Dana Point Harbor, and all the surrounding beach communities. There is so much more that makes up a home, than just a place to live. This beautiful community, in this premium area, has everything you could want and more. I have met most of the office staff, as well as a couple maintenance staff, and they have all been Exceptionally friendly and helpful. I just want to mention a couple names, Fred in maintenance who touched up some paint for me, Jesse who helped me choose my apartment, and Adriel the manager, making sure I am happy in my new home. But really everyone here is very nice and attentive, and really cares about their residence. My experience so far has been very good here, and I definitely recommend that you check out this unique community, in this amazing area, when considering your next move.

My experience at Seabrook apartments was amazing to where I just wanted to praise the person who quickly came to assist us. I had dinner at my friends family’s apartment to celebrate a birthday and someone unfortunately clogged a toilet. No tools were present in the house to fix it so we asked for assistance and a few minutes later Fred came to help us. He was very friendly, caring and diligent. He quickly fixed the toilet and reassured if any other problems arises to just let them know. Fred is the epitome of extraordinary service and we greatly appreciate his help!!!

The staff is phenomenal and the property is beautify and peaceful. Best move in experience I’ve ever had. Stephen went so far above and beyond helping me find the perfect apartment, with multiple tours of units and pictures from all times of day. The units are immaculate, well maintained, with new appliances. Pricing is very accommodating non-standard lease durations I am beyond excited to live in this community because of the experience Stephen created.

Fred was great! I put in a maintenance request, and in less than an hour he was there to make the repair. I also had two other things that needed attention, and he was happy to help. Fred always has a smile and a wave when he sees people around the complex. Knowing there are people like Fred around help make apartment living pretty good.

I am a longtime resident of Seabrook (I grew up here and remember what this property looked like in the '90s!) and just wanted to say that the team still does a fantastic job. The location is superb and the staff are excellent! A personal shout out to Fred from the maintenance team for always doing such a great job and being one of the friendliest people around—he's handled many work orders I've put in over the years, and his kindness and personable nature really goes a long way toward making this community feel like a home for people. Another shout out to Jesse in the office who recently helped me temporarily relocate on the property while my unit was being remodeled, making every step of the process run smoothly and always communicating well. It was great to live here 20 years ago, and it's still great today :)
