A Hidden Gem in the small town of Newfield! Seabring is off the beaten path. Quaint spot, nice bar area, pool table and GREAT food. I must admit the garlic parm wings are to die for.!! Waffle fries crispy and a house salad perfection! They are open daily and have something special every day. $16. for 12 amazing wings and waffle fries. Well worth it. I almost did not write a review because once people get to know the Seabring I might have to make a reservation.😀
Never had an issue before, but we came on a slow Saturday night, it took over two hours to receive our food. You guys need an actual server. Always been a great experience but not this time, seems like they care more about the people at the bar than the people trying to get a meal.
The Wings, Tater Tots & the MotherClucker Sandwich they serve here are to die for!!! The Sandwich was toasted to perfection. And their Tater Tots sauce was super delicious! If you're ever traveling and you're hungry for some nice, delicious meal, then this is the spot. The host that was serving us (forgot to ask for his name) was very courteous and genuine. Loved the overall experience!!! Five Stars for this place :)
Happened to catch the sad end of a Bills game. Cowboy burger with waffle fries was delicious. Wish that I'd been able to finish it, it was huge. My wife thoroughly enjoyed her more traditional burger and fries as well. We definitely will be back if in the area.
Man. What a dive, but in all the best ways! Pool table, patrons know staff, etc. I rolled in fairly late and was going to Ithaca for the weekend. Hopeful kitchen was still open as not much else close by. Walked in, expecting it to be more like a biker bar or packed local hangout. There were about 6 people in there, total. Including staff. To my surprise, full dinner menu still available, plenty on tap, football game on TV, and the service was good with only 1 other patron sitting at the bar. Haven't had that kind of experience since college.
We popped in for lunch before we went to swim at Enfield Falls. We are a family of 6 so sometimes we are a little more to accommodate in a small establishment. The staff was ready for us and very friendly. Our food was good and inexpensive.
Great place not too far off main road, Route 13, in Newfield, NY. Unexpectedly good food for a "local" bar/restaurant. They're popular not just for their good food but for their evening events too.
Stopped in for a bite while going through the area, we had burgers, wings, tenders. All was great. I'll make the 35 min drive back out to try more of the menu
Stratton Creek Inn is a very charming, historic home-turned-B&B. The rooms were spacious and tasteful. We especially loved our breakfast, chatting to Terri, the innkeeper, and then reading in the lounge! One thing I would recommend is putting a floor
Very nice place for hiking. We did a 6.5 mile hike without seeing a single other person. Because they get so little use the trails sometimes seem to fade. We used the "AllTrails" app to keep us on the route.
Beware, the roads inside the area are
Great burgers! Thick and juicy. Owner was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Even came over to our table to insure we enjoyed everything. Fantastic Mac and cheese too. Seriously one of the best I've had. Partner got a turkey sub and that was great to
