Seabreeze Motel - Motel in Old Orchard Beach - 30 Milliken St, USA

I had a really great experience staying at the Seabreeze motel! The people that work there are very pleasant and helpful. Whatever we needed, they would bring to us. They would accommodate our needs and really went the extra mile to make sure our experience with them was memorable. The room we stayed in had all the amenities we needed. They were clean and cozy! Can't say enough about the management and employees that work there! We will be staying there more often now. Thank you everyone at Seabreeze Motel!

The room, though outdated & the bed uncomfortable and shower wouldn’t drain it was big and clean We were in a one bedroom suite with a pullout couch in one room and a full mattress in another bedroom. The balconies are nice touch and you get a view of the ocean depending on the room location It’s also very close to The beach and boardwalk, so it has its Positives however BEWARE THE RUDE MANAGEMENT AND EXPECT TO NOT CHECK IN ON TIME we were told on the phone while making the reservation, check-in was at two then when we got to the hotel, we were told that check-in was at three and the room was still not ready at 3 o’clock when we tried to explain the situation to the manager She was extremely rude cut us off wouldn’t agreed to anything that her staff had said like giving us a late check out so overall it’s an okay place with a good pool and good location but the people running the place have NO!! customer service skills !!!

to put it bluntly this place is disgusting. our room had holes in the ceilings and walls, dead bugs everywhere including stuck to the shower curtain, tiny curly hairs (you do the math) on the “clean” towels, and crumbs on the floor. they told us they weren’t able to install headboards in time, and the insides of the bedside and dresser drawers were filthy. the refrigerator had a constant high pitched ringing, and the walls are paper thin—you can hear a normal volume conversation outside, in the room next to you, and upstairs. the lights outside the rooms are very bright which is great for safety purposes, but makes it hard to sleep if you’re used to dark rooms—even if the blinds are closed all the way. the service was less than great; the TV didn’t work and someone said they would fix it but never showed up, and when power washing the sidewalk they got water in our room. i’m not sure what the housekeeping policy is, but they didn’t replace our bedding or clean the bathroom during our two night stay. that being said, the staff we did encounter were very kind and tried to be helpful the best they could, and seemed happy to help. the best part about this motel is the extremely close proximity to the beach, boardwalk, and amusement park, which is a 4 minute walk.

this presented as a beautiful room until it wasn't. the location is far from the beach to walk. the bed was horrendous. didn't sleep for the 5 nights we stayed. The floor is slanted badly. The headboard is on the down side of the slant, so your head is way lower than your feet. 3rd day in we had ants coming out of an outlet on the counter. I had to spray them with bug spray and clean it up. I went to office twice about the ants and they did nothing. left the dead ants after they were told of them. Total nightmare.

This was a wonderful place to stay for memorial day weekend/birthday celebration! Right in walking distance to all that OOB has to offer. EXCELLENT service and accommodations. Leanne offered to extend our check out time because she knew we were here for my sisters birthday - and she even offered for us to stay for additional time during the day of our check-out if there were no reservations after us/if we wanted to spend the day at the beach! She and the rest of the staff were so kind and helpful! The rooms have a great AC/Heat system, and our double room had a kitchen, full fridge, and coffee maker! Would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for an affordable stay in a great location with a welcoming staff and great hospitality.

Positive: Clean Negative: Worn down, you can hear every sound in all the surrounding rooms, including snoring. Burners on stove were so rusty they had to be a safety issue.. and the trains. 24/7 trains, a little boy into trains would be living his best life here.

J'ai séjourné au Seabreeze Motel et j'ai ça été agréable. La chambre était propre et avec toutes les commodités nécessaires pour un séjour confortable. (Cuisinette: Frigo, rond réchaud, machine à café,micro-ondes), Salle de bain prope et une belle thermopompe fonctionnel. Le personnel était extrêmement accueillant et serviable, répondant rapidement à toutes mes demandes. La situation géographique du motel est également un atout majeur, à proximité du Centre et de la plage . Seul petit bémol, la décoration est demoder, les lits sont vieux. Malgré cela, mon séjour était agréable ! J'y retournerais sans crainte ! *Situer près du chemin de fer tchou tchou !

It has a very good location, close to everything! Pier, restaurants, beach, etc! Really good about quality/price. Very kind service in the reception, nice people! It was a very good time here.
