Seabreeze Inn - Hotel in Fort Walton Beach - 100 Miracle Strip Pkwy SW, USA

Truly a nice and decent motel for the area. Privately owned by an incredibly nice family. Guy, their second shift desk clerk was the most genuine and wonderful human being I’ve interacted with in the last decade. The rooms have some landlord special vibes, but they were clean and functional. You can tell they are actively trying to fix the issues present, which is refreshing nowadays. The location is prime and there is great trout fishing off the back lot into the bay. If you’re looking to spend a great deal of time in your room this may not be the best pick, but for an inexpensive, functional, pleasant place to get some sleep between outdoor activities, it’s perfect.

I was so ready to give SeaBreeze 5 stars. The room was decently clean, the pool was awesome and had a view of the marina. Housekeeping came daily while we were gone and made the beds, collected trash, and left fresh towels. The only red flag was how I was rushed through their fees when checking in. Now I'm seeing a $50 charge 2 days after checking out without any notice or reasoning. We left the room relatively clean. Triple checked to make sure we didn't leave anything behind. We gathered all the dirty towels and left them near the door and had all the trash gathered in the bin or in bags next to it. We had no complaints from staff or neighboring guests during out stay and even left 30 minutes before check out time. It would just be nice to have received an email to let us know that there would be a $50 charge and what it was for.

I enjoyed my stay at this lovely locally owned inn very much. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. Very nice pool. The management/owner and staff are very friendly and helpful.

Came here for a business trip with my husband, when you first walk into the reception office you notice how clean the place is going to actually be. The hotel clerk was extremely funny, sweet and attentive to our needs, we had great conversations. I’m very impressed with how well kept everything was. Considering it’s a low budget hotel. My husband and I left early in the morning and when we would get back we would have brand new towels , room smelling good , bed made. We left very expensive things behind and the people where extremely honest. No worries at all about our stuff. There’s great restaurants near by and a really cute tiki bar by the water. Even though some of the rooms are a smoking room I wasn’t able to smell anything at all from our room. Thank you so much for a very comfy stay. The only thing that they didn’t have was breakfast. But everything else was great !

Be wary of this place. I stopped in last night hoping to get a room for the night while traveling. The female working the front desk was very rude and unprofessional. The interaction felt like I was being punished for asking to pay for a room. She wrote my credit card number into the computer saying it couldn't be swipped, then later asked me to swipe my card twice. Once for the room and once for the deposit. I decided to cancel the request for lodging, and she charged my card $175. She said I couldn't be refunded and I also didn't have a room. I requested to speak with a manager regarding a refund or a written statement on their letterhead confirming I was not provided with a room. The attendant fumbled with her cell phone then the desk phone but never made a call. The whole thing was surreal. I ended up contacting my card issuer, they had placed a fraud hold, and now I have to have a new card sent out. It's unnecessarily annoying. Long story short: they charged me without providing services. Appear to have a history of fraud.

Perfect. We wanted a safe comfortable place to stay with our small family that wouldn't break our vacation bank and got exactly what we wanted. The owner Sean was outside when we showed up a little earlier than checkin time. It's 4pm not 3pm like the website said but he made sure we didn't get an extra early charge and got us checked in as long as our room was ready. Real nice guy. Been fixing the place up since he bought it from what I could tell from our conversations. Great experience all around. Rooms were clean, bathroom and tub were clean. Which has been problems before at other establishments. Friendly people working. Pool looked clean even though we didn't get time to swim. Too busy at the beach a short drive away. I believe there is only an extra fee of $10 a night per child if you mistakenly order the two person adult room prices. If they are under a certain age they is no extra charge. No biggie. We will definatly see about availability next time we are in the fort walton area. Sincerely pleased

Very clean, very professional, and very good people working there! Special shout out to Guy (that’s his name) at the front desk for making everything so easy and effortless! Definitely staying here again!

We stayed here about a year ago and I left a five star review. This time was a HUGE disappointment. Our room was dated, worn and stunk like someone spilled a gallon of room freshener in there. The front desk clerk offered one other room option on the ground floor (a requirement). It was the same look with a different but equally offending smell. The parking lot was sparsely occupied so I feel certain there were more empty rooms. We stayed the first of two nights booked and left. No refund!! The only bright spot was dinner next door at THE SHACK seafood restaurant. |We won’t come back.
