Absolutely astonishing! The service was impeccable and the food was amazing. I have been an oyster lover since I was able to fully digest solid food and I've got to say the quality of their oysters are a solid 8 out of 10, almost a 9. They are high quality. Made the mistake of going on game day but it was easy to make because it was so well organized. Beautiful restaurant. My number one favorite in Athens thus far. Pricey as frig though, so, sadly I won't be able to come as often as I want but I'm definitely looking forward to returning!
Always try the oysters. Fresher than fresh. Cocktails are always on point and the hidden gem is the scallop fried rice. Thursday’s special of fish and chips always hits the spot. Definitely worth the money. Staff always goes above an beyond too. Shout out to Aaron!
This was my first visit. The oyster/drink happy hour was suggested. It was a great recommendation. We had an assortment of the oysters and drinks. It was my first time trying raw oysters...after an awful experience somewhere else. I also tried an Oyster shooter! Everything was great! The avocado toast was beautiful and delicious. I will definitely return...and have the oysters!
I stumbled upon this hidden gem and thought I'd give their happy hour a shot. The prices were reasonable, and the oysters and shrimp and grits were incredibly tasty. Marsai's attentive service and her skill at crafting delicious lemon drops made the experience even better. I wholeheartedly endorse this place.
Food was great, cocktails were good, service was great.. Then the restaurant hit me with a credit card fee for paying with my amex that wasn't disclosed on their menu, at their point of sale or anywhere else that I saw. I believe this is illegal (not to charge, but to not disclose), unethical, and against card services agreements. I could complain to amex and probably get them to reverse it but it's not worth my time. It was a pittance of money, but it wasn't the money that matters it's the ethics. There's too many good restaurants around to give money to people who cheat and lie to their customers. Will not return, and would not recommend to anybody.
Have had dinner here at least 5 times and every time is more delightful. Oysters between 4-6 are almost half price but the service is 150% always. As a transplant from Brooklyn, the clam chowder was a little strange but oddly satisfying. Try it. Not the usual and we were both happy. What I dig about this place is that it’s so forward in this industry. The entire staff works together and it reflects in some of the very best service we’ve had In Athens. I’ll be a regular forever. Thank you for excellence in dining.
Delicious food, huge wine list, specials daily, and nice atmosphere. They got 4 instead of 5 stars from me, since it's a fairly small space and they don't take reservations. They still did a good job trying to accommodate our party and they do have an outdoor space as well, which might be helpful. I wished for more vegan options (there was only one--avocado toast) but the few vegetarian options they had were delicious.
Generally pretty busy on weekends, but service and food are always spectacular and we never feel rushed. We've ordered almost everything on the menu and nothing has disappointed. As a Boston transplant, I was over the moon to see scallion pancakes on any southern menu. They take it over the top with a truly light and incredibly fresh rock crab salad. Even my husband craves it now! It's pure magic. Lobster rolls and scallop fried rice are fantastic. Oysters are fresh and change regularly while oyster shooters have a nice spicy bite to them. Cocktails are unique but they also make a fine Manhatten. I hate to pay to park anywhere to eat but this is totally worth it!

A hidden gem in Athens, GA! The instructor comes from a lineage of some of the best jiu jitsu practitioners in the world (just look up Andre Galvao). He is excellent at articulating the techniques to students across all levels and you can tell that h
Unfortunately we had to have our bearded dragon put to sleep. Everyone was so nice and compassionate. They took really good care of us and my dragon. They explained everything and didn't rush us. The added memory tile of his paws and tail was a wonde
Been going here for a long time now! Beyond grateful for the awesome staff and conversations with customers Ive had. BEST kava around. My favorite is the open mic nights on wednesdays!
On April 20, 2023, the ribbon cutting ceremony reopened the trestle as part of the Firefly trail. While the trestle has been completely rebuilt, the replacement honors the important place that the trestle has played in Athens history including but r
This was my very first time coming to this location and I have to say the environment is beyond chill, but the very best oart is the staff especially the female bar tender (I wish I got her name) she is super attentive and sweet. The best service I h
UGA games are a great time! The stadium is clean, easy to access, and provides transportation to and from the parking garages. Great food but does not serve alcoholic beverages. You must tailgate for that experience. Have fun! Go Dogs!
I have been here twice now and it is always a pleasure. The nature center is smaller than most paid attractions, but hey it is free! The trails are nice from what I have seen and the staff was also very courteous. It was a great location to practice
