Takes you back to mom & pop motels--oceanfront pool with a fun bar looking out to the ocean with reasonably priced lunch & dinner menu that is quite tasty. The staff is always happy to assist. We've come to stay many times for 2 years now & enjoy the stays each time!

Came into town late without a booked hotel room. Teresa at the front desk was amazing and found me a last minute room as well as put my mind to ease. To my surprise the next morning the beach was beautiful and Tiki Bar had good food. Definitely will return. Thanks Teresa!

First off, I will say the staff is very very nice. The location is awesome, but the place needs to be updated big time. The chairs at the pool are falling apart, but the pool was clean. Bartenders are super nice, the drinks are good and the food is really good as well. my room was not so great. The shower is peeling and it looks like someone punched a hole in the bathroom door. The doors probably $50 to replace so I was very surprised they would even rent a room with a hole smashed in the door. The bedding needed to be changed because it was not clean, And the comforters definitely need to be replaced. This place could be awesome if someone put 100 grand into it. I can’t say I will be back unless they really clean up the place. But I bet back in the day, this place was awesome!

Room 30 right by the Tiki Bar and Pool is a disaster. The room was filthy. There was sand everywhere. Even after sweeping several times there was more and more sand. The ceiling fan and air conditioning vent were caked with dirt and grease. There was black mold on the wall, food on the floor, a rusty refrigerator, a filthy dish rack. There was no where to hang a towel in the bathroom. There was nowhere to put anything down in the bathroom. We had to move the kitchen benches to the bathroom. If the “ocean view” curtains are open all of the Tiki bar patrons could see in your room. People were smoking anything everywhere and our room smelled like pot the whole stay. When I washed the floor the rag was black. I could not get into the bed without wiping my feet of sand. So much sand that I had it in my mouth. It is/was the worst of the worst and I’m certain I have bug bites. Anyone from anywhere can use the pool which is right outside of the room. The pool chairs are torn. There are full ash treys everywhere. The pool shower didn’t work. At night the Tiki Bar patrons are loud and obnoxious. Everyone from everywhere uses the Tiki Bar bathrooms. When you shower, if you dare stand in the shower with bare feet, the water gets so hot, then so cold and it’s so small you can’t escape the water temperature change. To top it off, they charge you for your whole stay when you check in and they have a rule that there are no refunds. No dogs are allowed but they were clearly there. We were awoken by a large dog barking at 6:00 am. They say no smoking in the rooms but pot was coming through the air conditioning system so much so that we finally asked to be relocated. Do yourself a favor, stay elsewhere. Other places were only a bit more and usually include breakfast.

I went with my boyfriend and my 2 of my friends. We don’t look old enough to drink and the waitress assumed that empty beer bottles were ours. She never once asked if we needed anything, helped 3 other customers and then proceeded to tell us that next time if we want to order we have to go up because the bar isn’t open on the weekdays. But yet she had no problem helping 3 other customers. And once we asked for service, proceeded to have an attitude with us. And the service isn’t clear, we weren’t asked if wanted to open a tab, she took it upon herself to decide we wanted to start a tab, when we’re just getting food.

Omg! Best location! Clean rooms, great staff tiki bar on the beach 👀🌴. Not fancy but comfortable &clean . No brainer! I will never stay in Daytona again. No elevators. Simply walk out your room to beach. Staff is amazing . Rooms are well air conditioned ( cold ) we has a room with a kitchenette. I can wait to back in 2 weeks 🏖️😃😃 the other reviews are full of S🐾it... Book Direct!!! Do not go through a 3 rd party ! Book direct!!!

Clean and cozy. Loved this place for our first visit. 1 light away from beach. Walk to the beach press the crossing button at the light. Traffic stops for YOU. Walk to the beach and enjoy. 😆
