My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the Sea Street Inn while celebrating our anniversary last weekend. It’s a serious gem. As noted in so many reviews, the property is beautiful— immaculate, tranquil, and full of charm. From the rooms lined with gallery quality photography, to the delicious smells of breakfast wafting through the Inn, to the eclectic music that greeted us in the morning, it was a full sensory experience. Adrian is an incredibly gracious host, and really just an asset to the Cape Cod community. It’s clear that he knows (and loves) the Cape inside-out and he went above and beyond to ensure we had the most amazing time. From making sure we could catch a look at all the seasonal flora and fauna, to recommending the best eats around, to helping us navigate the many historical treasures in the area…it was fantastic. Breakfast every morning was phenomenal, and having it made by a chef of Adrian’s caliber felt super luxurious. His love and knowledge of food, and joy of giving guests an amazing experience, was clearly communicated through each plate presented. Our stay is one that will always be special to us— it elevated our celebratory weekend while also providing the respite we needed from the throes of early parenthood. Thank you, Adrian. We very much look forward to our next visit and hope that it’s soon.
During our two-week drive through New England, we stayed at several inns/B&Bs, but Sea Street was the most memorable. Adrian, our host, was full of great information about the area tailored to our time and interests. |However, that was not all what made it memorable. The common areas and our suite had a clean, spare style decorated with collected photo art of flowers and boxers (the pugilist kind, not the dog breed). And best of all, the food! Did I mention that Adrian is a chef? A real chef, not a person who just likes to cook. He entertains each morning in his custom kitchen, serving up three to four courses of a beautifully presented and delicious breakfast. An example: deconstructed huevos rancheros. I have had this dish, but never the way Adrian prepared it. Check out his website. If you decide to stay at Sea Street, you won’t be disappointed. I’d be surprised if you weren’t, instead, delighted!|
We stayed at this beautiful bed and breakfast for a family wedding that was about an hour away. The drive was well worth it. ||Adrian is a fantastic host, and we immediately felt at home.||Adrian’s breakfast is the best I have ever eaten, and includes several courses. The attention to detail is unlike any other that I have seen. He mixes fantastic flavors that complement each other well.||We went during the off season, which meant it was easy to get around and eat at the amazing restaurants he suggested near by. Hyannis is our new favorite place on the Cape, thanks to the Sea Street Inn!
What a peaceful retreat before the busy holiday season! My husband and I stayed at Sea Street Inn for two nights in one of their spacious suites. The property is so well-maintained, the room was comfortable, the shower was massive and our two breakfasts were beyond delicious. What more do you need? It’s a really quiet and restful spot hosted by a meticulous proprietor. And I’m still dreaming about the smoked salmon!
We were greeted with a warm welcome as soon as we stepped out of our vehicle and that only began the fantastic introduction to the Sea Street Inn property. Pride of ownership was evident with Adrian's presentation of the galleries and the sight of the pristine kitchen adjacent to the breakfast room. Having been a guest when under prior ownership we did not expect the property to have been revamped to such a beautiful extent. We wanted for nothing. Our room was spacious, immaculate, the bed very comfortable, no need to bring in our own pillows (!), the water hot, the inn temperature perfect, windows operable and the mini-fridge full of cold comped beverages. Always with a "Do you need anything?" we felt truly cared about. We choose our b and b experiences with a great breakfast in mind! Adrian's multi-course breakfasts can't compare to any that we've experienced - SO good! Excellent! I haven't heard so many 'mmmmm's' come out of my mouth in forever. Both he and Xenia are generous with their knowledge and I have a renewed interest in new efforts in both my kitchen and my garden after conversations with each of them. We think we know the Cape but Adrian steered us in great new directions for food and drink and his many connections with owners who support each other contributed to the intimacy of our Cape experience. Thanks again, Adrian and Xenia, if you're reading!!
My wife and I were in town for work, but also wanted to enjoy our time at the Cape. The Sea Street Inn was the perfect choice for our time away from home. The inn was very inviting, clean, quiet, and decorated with quality artwork. The suite was also quite spacious and comfortable. ||Adrian was a fantastic host, taking time to greet us upon arrival and give us a tour of the inn. In the morning, he prepared a five course brunch. Each dish served was it's own work of art, with perfectly balanced ingredients and flavors. ||The Sea Street Inn will be our destination when we are back on the Cape next year!
My husband and I stayed here at the end of August. Adrian was an excellent host!! The service was phenomenal! Adrian made us an exquisite five star breakfast every morning. He helped us plan our day, made reservations for us and gave recommendations of activities in the area. The location was walkable to the downtown and beach. We highly recommend this inn and can’t wait to go back!
Spent my Birthday weekend at the Sea Street Inn!! From the moment we arrived, it was perfection!! Our Host Adrian loves what he does whether it's preparing a delicious breakfast or making sure his guests are well cared for is very evident. He seemed to always be one step ahead of what your needs may be and you never had to ask because he just Knew. If it's your first time to the Cape he will make sure you don't waste your time trying to figure out what to do or where to eat. He happily helps plan your day!!||We stayed in suite 1 which is downstairs and it served our needs in every way. Very clean, and well equipped, the bed was very comfortable, great internet, 2 TVs, and a pond in the back yard that was so nice to listen to while you went to sleep. There also is a second room that has a sofa bed and TV so if one of you can't sleep or has work to do you have the option of this extra space. The location is perfect. You can easily walk to the beach or downtown to Main St. It's Very safe, very quiet, and such a pretty area to take some nice long walks. The Kennedy compound is right down the road so you can either walk by or see some of the compound from the beach. I found staying so close to this part of history very cool.||When my husband and I travel we prefer boutique hotels and Inns and I must say this was one of the nicest we have stayed in. Thank you Adrian for making my Birthday so special!
My son has been going to Cristyan Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Academy for a few months now and he absolutely loves training there. Cristyan Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Academy is an amazing place to train at. Perfect balance of gi and no gi. Perfect balance of inte
I loved the breakfast sandwich, grilled cheese, and the service. All the staff made a genuine effort to learn my name and even remembered it the next day and remembered my ordering preference. Environment is very positive. Itâs a great place to br
Great experience! I went to see the Melissa Ethridge concert and had an amazing time. She is an exceptional performerâ¤ï¸. There are no bad seats here, with the revolving stage
Ok, had the healthy choice omelette with spinach, avocado pepper jack, onions n tomato and comes with side of fresh fruit. Whoever cooks here knows what they are doing. I was concerned avocado would b mush in an omelette but it was perfectly cubed,
TLDR, looks are deceiving; and this is a hidden gem! We were a little hesitant to come, based on location, but had a Cape Cod Daily Deal that we wanted to use. Jessica, our server, was FANTASTIC. Sheâs a super hard worker and even though she was r
When I eat out I want something I canât/donât make at home, something exceptional. That was my experience at Spoon and Seed this morning. I enjoyed the Hash Mash which included so many flavors, each distinct and discernible. My brunch mates, four
