I really enjoy being here . Wonderful hospitality as well as communication. This property has a great manager Jessica that makes sure to work with you no matter the circumstances. The receptionist Dominica who is also very helpful and always optimistic. Come and enjoy yourself in peace ❤️❤️😌

I. Really couldn't believe it when I got here. It's beautiful. The staff is great. The neighbors are nice and they're very clean. I just so happened to meet the manager ari and she I'm second had great customer service

What an amazing place. My friends call me a Jewican because I'm always looking for a great deal and I found it at Sea Steps. If you are coming to Florida, in my opinion you are coming to chill at the beach. #1 We arrived so early and so many places have told us we have to wait till check in, not at Sea Steps, go ahead and park and enjoy the the amenities while we prepare your room. If you need the rest room its in the laundry room. #2 room was perfect and clean. Hot plate allowed me to make breakfast every morning. #3 Pool area was a perfect place to hangout, sun bath, plenty of places to sit, swing or chill in a hammock. #4 Location 5 min walk to the beach. About a 10 min walk to the Pompano Pier, restaurants and shops. #5 They have community beach chairs, umbrellas, and a wagon to pull it all to the beach! Spring Break 24 with the son was a blast, definitely family friendly and I will definitely be back! Thanks Sea Steps for the wonderful hospitality!

Location is good, beach is across the street. Clean, large swimming pool. Liked the newly renovated, large walk-in shower. Bed was comfortable. Place was clean. Never saw anyone on premises. The bathroom sink was tiny, no counter space at all for toiletries. There was no closet. There was a chest of drawers, but it was filled with towels, pillows and blanket, so we took that stuff out and put our stuff in. No spatula for flipping hamburgers, knives so dull they wouldn't cut a tomato. Will not stay here again.

Absolutely terrible checkin experience. Booked this room for 5 days, went to check in at around 6. Headed to the office to find the door locked and an aggressive women sitting behind the desk. Bang on the door till she opened it for her to tell us she stopped working at 5pm. Two things why are you sitting behind the desk after hours and how the hell am I suppose to check in. She stated I should have received an email to check in. I checked my entire email in front of her and showed her I recieved nothing from the travel agency or this hotel. She kept telling me well you should have received an email and I explained again that I have not and she told me she will not be helping me to call the after hours number. Second terrible experience was dealing with the useless after hours associate. I explained the situation and after looking into it he found out that the hotel sent the travel agency the check in email. I never recieved like I told the aggressive butch. The person on the phone was just as rude and when I checked his attitude he stopped answering the phone and kept forwarding me the check in email which he then would decline right after. So 3 hours later we are now still in front of the hotel, the aggressive man women went home and the person on the phone was still deliberately not answering my calls and declining our check in. I received a text in the morning from this terrible hotel asking me how my first night stay was. Felt more like the butch returned to work and decided to text us how our stay was it felt condesending and sarcastic they know we did not stay cause we never made it in the system. Beware of their check in process and the staff they have there. They are both extremely rude and useless. Never had the chance to stay and thank goodness. The travel agency refunded me my money. Terrible service; suggest looking into the Ocean Beach Palace. Amazing service, office available at all hours, incredible workers, clean, across from the beach and 5 mins from lauderdale by the sea.

This is an awesome small hotel probably one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. It’s so cute and makes you feel right at home. No it’s not a resort with all the bells and whistles if that’s what you’re looking for but we were just looking for somewhere to relax with the kids.

Ne jamais y aller pendant le spring break! Les jeunes font le party jusqu’à 1h du matin et personne de l’hôtel sur place pour intervenir. Ça cri, la musique est dans le tapis… pas super avec des jeunes enfants… Notre lit nous a coûté un nouveau dos, on sent les ressorts… aucunement isolé, on voit à l’extérieur et on a l’impression qu’une fenêtre est ouverte. Pas d’eau chaude, ou ça prend 15 minutes en avoir… bref, un vrai motel! Si vous aimez les hôtels, je ne vous conseille pas cet endroit. Première et dernière fois!!!
