My wife called it a home away from home! Debbie was amazingly friendly and helpful when we got there until we left. The rooms we very clean and well stocked with towels the kitchen had everything we needed even coffee for the coffee maker. Everything was as advertised and more ! It was a very short walk to the private beach area they even supplied us with chairs beach towels. Even toys for the kids from buckets and shovels to boogie boards shaded cabana nice hammock even a small grill . Visiting small local business is the way to support our Melbourne people. Did not miss the big fancy hotels or missed them one bit during our stay would not change a thing!!

Wow! The owner is a woman and she takes care of her business, clients and maintenance of land and property. Sorry, I forgot her name but I remember her teckel dog name is Bruno. We recommend this small motel very clean, quiet and safe. A calm place to relax. Rooms are located just few steps of the beach. We booked for 2 nights in January 2024 .We got a large room very clean with cabinet, fridge, kitchen table, microwave, coffee maker and also a couch. Excellent choice for us. A good place too for a long time stay.

The people who work here are wonderful! We received a call on our arrival day at around 1pm (HOURS prior to check in time) just letting us know our room was available if we wanted to check in early. When we arrived the woman who greeted us (I wasn't sure if it was the same person who called) was hospitable and gave us a little tour. We felt VERY welcomed. On the day we left the front desk called around 10 to let us know that because of the rain they were forced to have a new couch delivered to our room because it couldn't be left outside. We were already prepared to leave but the woman who called profusely apologized. She also apologized again ten minutes later when we checked out, not only for the couch delivery but for the rainy weather which, obviously, was not her fault. The location cannot be beat. The price was very low compared to places nearby. Our room was MASSIVE with many seating areas and a table and three couches. We had a suite so there was a kitchen too. The cleaning wasn't above average but was, overall, acceptable. There were some odd stains on the main bathroom tile but I cleaned them pretty quick. Our shower immediately clogged but the water drained quickly once shut off. I didn't mention it to the staff, I did leave a note when we left so hopefully they fixed it. And finally: it isn't their fault really but there was zero ventilation in the bathroom: no vent, no windows, no fan. I'm not sure what they could do about this short of remodeling but it didn't contribute positively to an already humid environment. Facing the ocean there's a giant outdoor space with some coverage from the sun and then a bunch of options for seating. There's a boardwalk that's about twenty steps to the beach. There's a guest laundry, towels for the beach and a big hammock. This IS NOT luxury but is perfect for a simple, enjoyable beach stay.

A friend recommended this jewel of a place to stay at, while visiting HS friends back in town where I grew up. It has reasonable rates, beautiful, sparkling clean rooms, a super short walk to the beach and the friendliest staff (I'm talking about you, Jutta!) Very quiet at night. I cannot wait to come back. HIGHLY recommend.

Cute little place but our bed was horribly uncomfortable and the love seat was too small to sleep on. We ended up using an air mattress the second night… The shower had hardly any water pressure. The bedroom also had no ac, just one In the sitting room

We are traveling on a motorcycle, on a waiting list for a cruise. Basically, freestyling it. Online said sold out so I called. Euda answered and said if online sold out, sold out they were. Then, 5 minutes later, phone rings and it's Euda saying, in fact, they DO have a room! Yay! It's coming up on Memorial weekend, so all spaces are limited. For the price, I had minimal expectations, but I immediately realized we had stumbled upon a little gem. Enter in the rear through a courtyard with Adirondack chairs in front of each unit. Tables for gathering, a small centerpieces and personal touches all around. Warm, quaint, beachy and inviting. NOT fancy by any stretch. Double tree is a couple doors down if you prefer paying $300 a night to a corporate entity. They offer rooms and cottages. We took a room. Our room was super clean, uniquely decorated with painted furniture and cute paintings. The coffee maker was sparkling with full sized bags of coffee, enough for a full pot! Real cream for the coffee! Easy beach access, with complimentary chairs and boogie boards. Beach is beautiful!! We were able to watch the launching of Space X from the beach. Super cool, excellent view! I've saved the best for last....customer service. Shout out to Euda and Debbie! They reminded me why I love Mom and Pop operations. While I dont think they own, they made sure our stay stand out with their kindness and warmth that you don't find in the chains. Don't hesitate to check out this sweet little spot! 5 stars and more!!

I wish I could leave a bad review so no one would stay here and I could have it all to myself… but my conscience won’t let me. My wife and I had a wonderful stay and can’t wait to come back. The staff was personable and very courteous and had no problems stopping to have a conversation. The rooms were clean and well kept. The overall sight was beautiful and quaint with just a slight rustic touch. The value for the price was off the charts. I can’t say enough great things about it!!

Great access to the beach and the seating area was a good spot to watch the sunrise over the water.
