The location is great. I've been coming here with my daughter every year. I won't lie the first unit was not good. Had a million issues with cleanliness and roaches. The second unit was good and the third one (21) is actually really nice newly remodeled. The beach is great and luckily no red tide. Enjoy

Rooms are privately owned condos now, retro kind of place. Beach front is lovely.

This was our 2nd time staying in this we love unit 14 we have stayed in it both times. Definitely will be back. ASAP!!!

Hi every rooms here are absolutely beautiful the location is amazing except DONT RENT ROOM 1 it is owned by someone who takes no pride in being clean( roach on floor dead) was our first welcome...dirty diaper found in couch and a weird neighbor that hates the owner of this unit and will stalk you like crazy ( had to call police who handled him very well because this was not the first time a person had problems with him) the neighbor was stalking me to the point it almost became physical... it was a bizarre stay and situation but i will say the owner Kevin from Airbnb gave me a 200.00 refund for the trouble but still gave me a bad review??? (makes no sense)I'm still just so confused by this stay!!! BEAUTIFUL PLACE LOCATION (OCEAN STEPS AWAY) just stay away from room ONE unless your on a small budget it is lower priced room and can work if you are on a budget and need a place.....thanks

I visited a vacationing friend. First, the parking area is a tight squeeze in a Raptor. Driving around the building was a no go. Finally get parked and go up with my friend. I asked what the smell was as we went to the room. Her fiance, BTW, has severe breathing issues. We get to her room and I am choking on insecticide fumes. The front desk seemed oblivious and suggested going out "for a bit until the fumes die". Nice room b lots of better places to stay without toxic fumes.

Not a fancy place. Rooms are very cozy (small). Most rooms are studio apartments. Would not recommend if you plan on spending a lot of time in the room. We stayed here with 3 other couples who had separate rooms. No complaints from any of our friends. Our bed was comfy, but couch was not. Loved the location. Plenty of Adirondack chairs around the building to sit on. Several tables and chairs outside to sit on and private entry to the beach with shower.

I only give a good rating because of the location. It is RIGHT on the beach. But, I am unsure if that matters when the people who run it are rude and unprofessional. Rooms were small but work if you are only there to be on the beach. Walking distance to stores and places to eat.

Our room was great for two adults. Adding a small child or two is really pushing it. There was WiFi but it was very slow and made it difficult to stream music and movies. The window AC got loud at times but we brought our own fan for 'white noise'. Otherwise, the experience was great and the private beach proved to be a godsend during Memorial Day weekend in 2021.
