Sea Palace Motel - Motel in Seaside Heights - 126 Sumner Ave, USA

We stayed in the Sea Palace Motel in room 3 for one night and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. Every issue from old 1 star reviews have been fixed now, its clear they care about their clients. Very clean and modern. When we arrived the room was freshly clean with just washed bedding and towels. Bathroom was clean and worked as It should and hot water heated up as it should as well. no bugs or issues whatsoever. We stayed on the hottest day of the summer at the end of August 2024 and the pool was perfect. Totally spotless and cool on a hot day. location is amazing. 3 blocks from the boardwalk. Very safe with security staff monitoring at night. Front desk and security staff are very kind and helpful. Very enjoyable for a good price.

The room size wasn't bad. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. The pillows (if you can call them that) were as flat as a pancake. Got a room with a "kitchenette " only one burner worked and it was so slanted the eggs slid to one side (the little convince store across the corner saved us). There was a full size, working fridge. Shower was clean, bathroom itself and sink area were very small. Stayed 3 nights 4 days and not once did anyone come clean the room, change the sheets, sweep and/or vacuum. Only changed garbage and left new towels. Went to the office multiple times and not once was anyone there. The location is an awesome plus. Free parking. And a teeny tiny pool for when you don't feel like the beach.

Stayed with my best friend and our two little ones. Rooms were decent. Staff was accommodating when needed but stayed to themselves. We loved the fact that we had onsite parking and the entire pool to ourselves. Price was decent as well.

When I say find somewhere else, do it. This place was awful. The moment we went to grab our key they charged us extra even when the room said it can hold 3 people ( we only had 3 people) so they started to touch and flirt with me as well. Even going so far as to spray something on me. It made me so uncomfortable… when I finally managed to get into the room there was handprints on the wall, stains on the pillow and blankets. Not even the door locked at night . We had to prop the chair up against the door to even feel safe. If you’re looking for somewhere to go I wouldn’t come here even for a night.

Conveniently located close to the boardwalk. Staff was helpful as well. However, very overpriced for the amenities: outdated rooms, dusty bed heads etc. Overall, just needs updating. They should be a little flexible with their refund policy as well. If you're not satisfied within an hour to 24 hours of booking, you should be able to get some refund! Also, hope they find a house keeper soon enough cause it is needed.

Second time booking with this location and it is our preferred spot. It is close to the boardwalk with babe's across the street. The staff are super friendly and helpful and more than kind to my kids, especially my social butterfly toddler. Never have issues, and will only vacation the shore if we are able to book here for our desired days. It's like a hidden gem.

This is a solid option for those staying in Seaside. Look, the parking is tight and the pool is quite small, but the room was clean and whenever I needed something, the front desk was very attentive. Its location is also good as it is a couple short blocks from the beach / boardwalk as well as the Casino Pier.

This motel is not a 5 star hotel but it is very clean. The pool is checked and cleaned daily. The staff is very accommodating. The rooms are very clean. The location is great it is 3 blocks to the boardwalk but there is a lot of stores and restaurants in walking distance. I would definitely come back.
