Sea Oats Beachfront Condos - Villa in Okaloosa Island - 1114 Santa Rosa Blvd, USA

Sea Oats provides an affordable, reliable destination for a family. The room we stayed in fit 8 comfortably, even with 2 of us sleeping on the couches. The location is really what makes this place, with the easiest beach access: just a flat bridge to walk across the sea dunes making the daily walk to the beach for our elderly guests very manageable; plus the dual shower heads and spray hoses made cleaning sand off super easy. Also, restaurants and grocery/liquor stores are very close. The complex was kept very clean and maintained well. The pool is not much to speak of, but it is there and we used it. The building itself seems quite old, and some noises carry, but overall our stay was nice. The complex has two elevators and two staircases, and two large carts that guests can use to haul gear, luggage, or groceries from the car to the room. The two carts can be difficult to find when it's busy. One of the elevators broke down a couple times during the week of our visit, but the maintenance team was vigilant and quick to restore them. We reserved our super cute, remodeled room through RealJoy vacations, and they were excellent to work with and would use them again.
