First time but certainly not the last! We LOVE this place. The hosts are very nice and of service. If there is a slight problem, they are quick to get it fixed. Sandra the room keeper is always smiling and does a great job! Very clean place. Our stay finishes in 2 days and we don’t want it to end. Thanks again for contributing in making our family vacation a success!

What a delightful place! I came to Hollywood to meet up with family and wanted a quiet, safe, relatively inexpensive place to stay. This is it! The efficiency room worked great for me though there are larger rooms. I didn't do any cooking but appreciated the large fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee pot, plates, cups, and glasses. The room was clean, bed was soft but not too soft, AC did the best it could in FL heat and kept me cool. I didn't use the pool but it looked clean. Since I stayed in Bougainvillea, I didn't have an ocean view but was a few steps away from the water and Broadwalk, no street to cross. I really enjoyed the well-kept, quiet, lovely courtyard, perfect for sitting and relaxing in the evening with my cocktail. There was a market with food and meals very close by, a tiki bar and two restaurants within a five-minute walk. Not as many places to eat, drink and shop here as further south on the Broadwalk but quieter and better parking. Which there is not much of, but I had a spot every time I needed one. Leslie and Tania were super nice and patient with my questions. My only complaint; if you are scent sensitive like me the rattan furniture has a slightly musty smell. There were plenty of hangers in the closet so I used those for my clothes, not the dresser. All in all, a great experience!

This place is literally right at the boardwalk. The rooms are very spacious in my opinion they only need to upgrade the appliances such as better and bigger TVs/ newer microwave and stoves , but the location compensates the flaws 😀 They have a small pool which I couldn't use because it rain but the beach is very near

My favorite place in the United States. I love Hollywood Beach, and Sea Downs is always a comfortable place to stay. The owners are accommodating, and the price is right. It is literally just a few steps from your room to the beach. The broadwalk is really nice and there are several little bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. If you want to use the swimming pool, it is located at the property behind Sea Downs, on the opposite side from the ocean. Personally, I prefer swimming in the ocean, but I know some people might like a fresh water swimming pool. The rooms have a living room with a couch that folds down into another bed (well, maybe not the "studio" apartments). The kitchen has a full size refrigerator, a gas range ("hob" for you Brits), sink, coffee maker, and all the utensils and dishes you might need if you want to cook your own meals. It's really nice to cook breakfast in the morning and enjoy eating breakfast outside in the courtyard while listening to the waves and watching people go by on the broadwalk. I love this place.

The Bougainvillea is a very special place to stay in Hollywood Beach Florida. We love the tranquil tropical garden and courtyard with many patio tables for eating outdoors. We have stayed in one bedroom as well as studio units. They are always spotless, well maintained and equipped. If you need anything the very friendly and courteous staff will help. It is steps from the lovely Hollywood Beach and also has a warm swimming pool. We will definitely return!!

À deux pas de la mer dans une cour intérieure toute en palmiers.|Une clientèle triée sur le volet , un appartement super propre avec toutes les commodités. Un seul.petit point est que le futon devrait être renouvelé ; il est vraiment épuisé !!||Proprio sur place et employés très sympathiques. Déjà notre 4e visite! À refaire pour sûr !!

Flawless from making reservation to check out! We stayed 8 nights. Sun Downs has a perfect location on the Broadwalk. Patio/ Courtyard is a great place to relax. Rooms are cleaned daily. All Staff are excellent. Will be back next year.

I would like to let everyone know about a ruby in this area! Excellent owners and entire staff. Quiet and ocean front. Amazing!! Thank you for a relaxing amazing trip. We will definitely be back to watch the sunrise from our room and the beautiful beach right in front of us. See you soon😀
