Sea Dip Beach Resort - Resort hotel in Daytona Beach - 1233 S Atlantic Ave, USA

The sea sip was a great little historic hotel on A1A strip. The room was surprisingly clean even though the age of the hotel was probably older than me. There was plenty of parking and immediate access to the beach. Everybody there was respectable it was quiet at night. And cleaned during the daytime. I would definitely visit the sea dip again 5/3 Room#222

First time staying in Daytona Beach and this resort has a great pool, fantastic views and beach access with a key. You can walk by beach or sidewalk to the pier and nearby restaurants I will definitely be looking to stay here again

Huge balconies. Nice rooms. Overall is a nice place . The parking is a bit lot is a bit tight. You'll have some trouble if you have a decent sized truck. Indoor pool is nice. Will come again.

I gave the rooms a 4 instead of a 5 because it will depend on where your room is facing. My room faced A1A so traffic noise was noticeable enough that it woke me up a couple of times. The resort was very clean, and the staff was polite and helpful. I was always greeted with a smile. The entire property was well maintained and pool area was well cared for. Beach access was easy, just unlock a gate and go down the stairs. I would definitely stay here again!

Booked thru airbnb and stayed during the weekdays. Clean, quiet, and great access to the beach! Perfect for a little getaway. Conveniently located near everything! Very friendly staff who you can tell take great care of the place. I was so glad I it was quiet, I was afraid of people partying, or screaming, we had none of that the five days we stayed. Great balcony as well with an unforgettable view. I’d stay here again.

We stayed at the Sea Dip for 4 nights. While we booked through Monica via AirBnB, our room was marketed as an oceanfront family-friendly resort. There was NOTHING family-friendly about this resort. Having a pool and resort fees does not make it a resort. We watched a drug deal in the parking lot. The entire area; inside the room, elevators, and outdoor areas reeked of marijuana. Dead cockroaches were on their backs in the silverware drawer. The floors were so filthy that our 1 year old baby’s hands and feet were blackened from crawling. There was a power outage that lasted from 8:30 pm to about 5 am- absolutely no communication from management. They had left for the day and a phone number was left for emergencies…. It was hours before anyone called the power company; the elevators never worked past that. My little grandson and I were sitting around the pool in the shade (because the pool was cloudy and filthy) when a maintenance guy had the audacity to ask if my grandson was wearing a swim diaper!!! So, yes- of course, he was. But, instead of worrying about that why not clean the filthy pool???!! He wasn’t even wet, as we were hoping the pool would be cleaned soon…. It was 11 am. ||I wish I could say something positive about this place; I can’t. Even when the front desk people were there- they were rude and dismissive. So- run, don’t walk - away from this dump!

Very nice old school hotel/motel/ condotel. Many units are privately owned and all are differently decorated and different furniture and layouts. Great location indoor and outdoor pool and has beach access. Has convenient stores and gas station right across the street and souvenir and beach shops within walking distance. Boardwalk is about a mile north offering everything you would expect a beach destination would have.

I have stayed here many years for winter. I have stayed in many different rooms. All have been nice.. some nicer than others. The view has always been spectacular. Everyone is very friendly. The outdoor pool is relaxing with a picnic area right next to it.Beach access. Indoor heated pool is nice when the weather is cooler. There is also a game room with a variety of old time games . PAC Man , billiards, darts, foosball and vending machines. Laundry rooms on site. Parking is an issue! Everything is close by. I enjoy every minute, watching the waves roll in and listening to the ocean. Peace ☮️ I e
