Sea Club IV Resort - Resort hotel in Daytona Beach - 3229 S Atlantic Ave, USA

The resort is fairly small, well kept and quiet. All staff were incredibly friendly. Wonderful location. The elevator broke just prior to our arrival. They had arranged for someone to take our bags to the room. The hotel is located right on the beach. We went to sleep hearing the lovely sounds of waves and shore birds.

Sadly we didn't have the pool this year like normal due to the hurricane damage from last year. But the walk to the beach wasn't bad and we could drive and park near the entrance. Anyways, we've been coming here for 5yrs now.. I love the place. Great and friendly staff (Mainly the maintenance and front desk staff are wonderful). Rooms are clean for the most part. We do have to clean the floors every year we visit or our feet will be black walking around barefoot in our rooms. The front desk staff highly recommend places for us to adventure off to when we ask. We look forward to our future stays.

The room was clean and had a great view. We loved it had a full kitchen which allowed us to eat any meal we wanted in the room. The bedroom and bathroom updates were so nice. The front desk staff were personable and helpful. Even though the pool was damaged by a recent hurricane, it was not a big deal as the beach was just a quick walk away. We Would definitely stay here again.

The rooms weren’t very clean. You could see the black dirt buildup in the corners of the bathroom. The wooden doors between the rooms were not working. The ice maker didn’t work. The pool wasn’t working and no access to the beach and wasn’t given an option to use another pool at another hotel. I went to do my laundry and it was out of order and my room key didn’t open the laundry room on the 5th floor. I saw several different areas where the paint was peeling with the balcony being one of them, where the paint was peeling like a hole underneath or dent. Not sure how safe that balcony was standing on it. They charged $50.00 for using their sheets was told we should have washed them ourselves. I have never been in a hotel that has charged me that before. Spoke with manager and she said she will not refund my money. I will not recommend this place to anyone!!!

Everything was Great and Loved the location Was surprisingly spacious and it was a very relaxing vacation. ❤️👍💯. We did not have access to the pool and had to walk from the street to get to the beach, but was okay with that considering the sercomstance from the Hurricane last year. Would love to revisit when the pool is open. Overall very pleased.

It was very quiet and peaceful watching and hearing the ocean. Since the 2 hurricanes that almost destroyed it the pool area and access to the beach were unavailable and that was a bummer. The front desk staff and housekeeping were absolutely great. Daydre always welcomes you with a big smile and always very helpful.

What a disappointment. Website was deceptive at best. " Condo" is converted Motel. Opened unit door and was immediately greeted by overwhelming smell of mold and mildew. The decor was dated and gloomy. Non of these were due to hurricane damage. Yes. hurricane damage is there but this place had issues before it hit. The staff, bless their hearts were amazing. We left after 1 1/2 days, couldn't stay there.

Room is comfortable. Murphy bed is very comfortable. Staff is personable and professional. Love the area. Every unit has an ocean view. I would highly recommend this resort to singles or families. There are a lot of activities close by.
