Sea Breeze Motel - Featured Reviews (231)
This hotel has been refreshed and is very clean and is in an amazing spot .. I am here now and we have whales in the ocean playing in front of the hotel .. amazing views of the most beautiful spot of the ocean . |It’s a simple no frills clean room . But feels safe and comfortable and the view is worth a million bucks .. it’s like having a nice little beach cabana and has a fun lively restaurant next door that is a local favorite.. really happy to be here
This is a hidden gem. The rooms could be cleaner, they are lacking in cleanliness, and breakfast is a pre-wrapped pastry from Costco and coffee. Get your breakfast somewhere else. But the location is wonderful. You can hear the ocean at night with your window open. There are hiking trails, a small beach ⛱️ in ready to go back. Please clean your rooms properly. Especially the bathroom...
Stayed here while working on Devils Slide bypass project about 14 yrs ago. Prices were a bit less then.. a great place to fall asleep to ocean sounds after stressed days on construction site. Recall the craftsmanship of the tile work in the showers. Will be stopping by again coming mid Sept hopefully on trip up Hyway 1 with old pard from Australia.
After a beautiful stay at this motel, my boyfriend decided to buy me this shirt and now he likes it so much - it’s his! Great fabric!
We arrive and checked in, previously requested adjoining rooms, did not get.|No coffee maker in rooms - office said they had coffee - machine did not work entire time.|Our room had issues:|-telephone did not work|-bay window did not lock and secure, no safety feature, did not offer new room|-missing garbage can|-next door to room the occupant was smoking "weed and cigs", both not allowed|-next door to room the occupant was "cooking food" smelled very bad|-next door to room the occupant(s) were loud, shouting until after 12 pm|- frig did not keep food cold, no freezer|-no microwave oven|-no hair dryer|-no iron/board||One good feature, we woke up to whales playing in ocean, watching from our window.||We will return to this place, NO. For the piece of mind, safety, and enjoyment, NO.
So, sometimes you just need to read a simple no B.S. review to truly know what you are getting for your money. Booked trip with our 3 kiddos and was told the rooms have been updated. What we walked into instead was a room that is about 12x12 w/ no AC (why this matters soon) and 2 Full, not Queen beds. While checking in I didn’t feel comfortable so called around the area to discover ever other location, all of which were much bigger, nicer places, and even more affordable…offered military discounts…and much nicer facilities. Tried to just cancel and was told if I did so I’d still be charged full price for room…that was tiny…offered no military discount…and it just goes downhill from there. While on-site we got to watch 3 police come on-site and apparently evict someone who appeared to be VERY questionable who other residents prior to our arrival complained about, yet was still on-site. Talk about scary. Now, here’s the EXTRA fun part. That lack of AC part. Being you have no AC you can choose to have zero air in a tiny stale room, or sleep with window open, mind you this is a walk up and we have kids and just watch cops evict someone from the property. Yikes. Yikes. Yikes. The location is steps from the beach, BUT, if you have kids, care for your safety, and would rather not sleep in a tiny room with your window open to anyone passing back/forth through the non-secure parking lot, please call around. LOTs of great options with much more affordable prices and nicer overall accommodations. Still strikes me as bad business a hotel would choose to hold a family hostage for full price of a room if they chose to cancel prior to checking in due to feeling uncomfortable upon arrival. Just bad business, which also makes me realize they must be struggling with bookings otherwise they’d be gracious to those traveling through. Wasn’t going to write this, but wanted to share so similar experiences don’t happen to other nice families with kids. Overall, at least we got to listen to the calm ambiance of a few random alcoholics passing through the area all night long. That was a special fond memory for us indeed.
Excellent little jem of a place. The customer service is always excellent. The view is outstanding, the ocean is litterally a few feet away. Great rate for what you get.
Rockaway Inn was priced lower but tried Sea Breeze because it was right on beach. We were disappointed because bed had a lot of little black specs not sure i hope it was sand particles so i slept on top of covers. The restaurant next door Nicks was excellent.
Stopped by for a quick lunch. Place is clean and quaint with plenty of natural light. We had the pastrami panini and the smoked salmon and goat cheese omelette with a side salad. I'd recommend ordering the side salad as the dishes were naturally salt
Really great gym. Visiting from out of town and paid $12 for a day pass. Great equipment, friendly staff and members, and I got in a great bench press workout. I highly recommend Pacifica Athletic Center!
Devil's Slide has such breathtaking views. This must be one of the most picturesque trails along the coast. The dramatic cliffs and sweeping views of the Pacific Ocean are vast and delightful. If you live in the Bay Area or you are just visiting, thi
Parked in the Devilâs Slide north parking lot on a sunny weekday morning. Plenty of open spaces. Walk back toward Pacifica (north) and connect to the trailhead for Pedro Point Headlands. Trails are marked but steep in sections. Strongly recommend h
I recently visited Mori Point and was absolutely enchanted by the stunning sunset and breathtaking views. The evening sky transformed into a canvas of vibrant colors, creating a mesmerizing backdrop against the Pacific Ocean. The trails were enjoyabl
Beautiful and yet challenging hike in some spots! We did around a 3 mile loop starting from the Devils Slide Parking to the South ridge trail to Pedro point and on our way back came from arroyo trail. Some areas are quite steep and slippery so be car

The beauty of the surroundings is amazing. The town needs an investment of capital (facelift of the shops-hotels, re-pave the side roads). Breakers is perfect for breakfast ð³
If you crab or fish, stop leaving your bait on the beach! This includes any raw meat or fish! You might think the ocean will consume it. No it doesnât! The dogs on the beach do and they get sick eating off of your trash. This is an off leash dog be
