I hated it because they don't have a toilet paper no soap, shampoo, towels and the floor was so discussted because the blanket was so old so I never go back to that motel

Terrible experience, didn't want to refund me my money after serious BEDBUG attack. Took all day and legal action words for him to do so. Comic-con is in town. Be safe don't stay here! $85 not worth your health. People giving 5 stars may be homeless.

July 10, 2021 Sweltering heat ! 150° because the rooms have no air conditioning of any kind. The refrigerator is so broken, plugged in and running, but hotter inside than the room. Mold, thick layers mildew inside the microwave. Very dangerous microwave, chipped inside bad, cracked and missing glass dish. They told me $65 on the phone & $70 when i got there.There was nothing on their website that was the truth except the refridgerator and microwave. There was no wi-fi, no flat screen, and no ironing board! Who does that?! On top of that I was moving from one place to another & they kept hounding me about the people that were helping me move my things! I've never been so dissatisfied in my life

For starters, the guy gave us an attitude. Asking me that the room was only for 2 people, no more than that. He asked me where was the other person I was with. That he wanted to see them. Secondly, $100.00 a night with a broken A.C., no coffee & no cable was just too much. Specially around the area where it's located. He asked us what time we were leaving. I wasn't sure, so I said 8 AM. Then he told us to just make sure we would leave at 8 AM then. I was about to ask him for my money back & just look for other place around the area, but we were so tired. I'll never rent a room at any of those 2 Hotels. The one across the street is from the same owner. That's where I had to ring the bell to pay.

The negative reviews surprise me. The staff was nothing if not helpful, the rooms were clean, and I really fell in love with the whole bungalow feel of the place. Not a single bad thing to report on my end.

Does not deserve even 1 Star. It's the worst motel ive had even stayed in. Croaches everywhere, the paint on the walls are peeling off.. If you take a shower, water goes all over the bathroom floor, so will take the water on your feet everywhere to the bedroom area. Just awful. After taking the shower, I realized about the water problem and would be okay, but then, I discovered the croaches walking around, so I asked the attendant for my money back. He answered in a very bad mod that I "made a mess" in the bathroom already so he won't return my money. Please, don't even try this motel.

Best value for the price in the area. Rooms are clean and functional. I called to book my rooms and they were very helpful over the phone and once I got there in person they were very helpful and friendly as well.
