I had an opportunity to take a good friend there yesterday and have his older iPhone repaired for a microphone/speaker problem. Being technically oriented, I was extremely impressed watching Alan work and how confident he was in repairing the unit and in what I would consider to be record time at a very fair price. We should support our local craftsman like Alan and anyone with an iPhone problem should consider him to repair it. His attitude is great and it is good to have that kind of individual working in Santa Clarita.
Allan was of great help. He was honest right from jump and told me he couldn't fix my zflip3 lcd screen, but he went above and beyond calling different repair shops for me. Awesome TOP GUN Customer Service!!!!
BEST PLACE IN TOWN!
This is my second time coming here and both times I've had outstanding service. I'm guilty of not knowing the gentleman's name behind the counter, but it's been the same guy and he has been terrific every time. Usually repair stores will try to upsell you, but he does the opposite. He's truthful, honest, and tells you how to fix things very easily. I can't praise him enough. he provides so much value to the community with his honesty, knowledge and craftsmanship. He's always available in in-store. I went in and he gave me a simple fix and didn't charge me anything. Again, how often do you find that anymore nowadays? I couldn't help myself with the tip him because he's the best. I can't recommend him enough and will be sending everybody. I know to him. Highly recommended seriously guys don't waste your time anywhere else.
This place is GREAT phone was repaired in 5 minutes, AMAZING deals compared to everywhere else and just a super nice guy. This is my new go to place when I break my phone 10/10 recommended.
Fixed a broken screen extremely quickly. Then spent about 30-40 minutes diagnosing a phone with water damage issues and didn’t charge for that. Great service. Super friendly.
Always quick and honest. My wife was always going there bcuz she kept breaking her screens and didn't want a new iPhone. But we haven't been here in a while bcuz she got a new phone. Lol
