I train with Thomas at Sculpt Fitness Akron. What an awesome experience and workout. I have trained on my own and with trainers over the past 30 years and my experience at Sculpt is by far the most rewarding. At Sculpt the trainers are doing more than just counting reps. They are personalizing a work out to your needs, they are constantly educating on the purpose and form of each exercise and movement, they are providing enough variation session to session that you are never bored and finally and most importantly I am seeing results and feel a sense of real accomplishment when I leave. Wish I would have joined a long time ago.

Thomas was an excellent trainer! He made me feel comfortable working out again after being out of shape, health issues and knee surgeries. He is super knowledgeable with fitness and diet. I gained so much strength and lost lbs and inches, it was the best decision to work with him on my health and fitness journey!

Sculpt Fitness is the greatest investment I’ve made for MYSELF. It’s exactly what I needed to motivate and push myself to my full potential. I’m stronger, healthier and so much happier now!!!

I have been working out at Sculpt Fitness for the last 4 months with my Trainer Aaron he’s excellent, the workouts are always creative and challenging. I've had an incredible experience with Sculpt Fitness! I started at Sculpt Fitness in January of 2014; my goal was to get in better shape for my wedding (got married to my partner in Hawaii in March of 2015). My trainers Chad and Ashley worked closely with me to help me reach that goal -- they are knowledgeable and professional, and selected/coordinated routines that kept things interesting. They also are personable and easy to talk to, which is a must with a personal trainer -- communication is key! They have both pushed me to do and be my best at the gym. I've continued with Sculpt Fitness past my initial goal -- and am approaching my one year anniversary -- and I'm a better person for the experience. I feel better overall -- and look forward to continuing my training with the Sculpt Fitness team!

I highly recommend Sculpt! I started working out with a group of friends to get in shape for vacation, but we have kept the group workouts going because we love them so much! Our trainer Aaron makes the (very challenging) workouts fun. Josh and the whole team is great. There are people working out at all different fitness levels, and I’ve never felt intimidated or out of place.

Sculpt Fitness in Akron overflows with a friendly and dedicated coaching/training staff and great customer service. With their “can do” attitudes nothing is out of reach on your fitness journey. The classes are smaller, with a variety of age ranges and there is so much comradely, everyone cheers each other on! Sculpt Fitness offers a wide variety of challenging and very rewarding workouts, where your literally leave it all on the floor at the end of each session!! I’ve been a dedicated member of Sculpt Fitness Akron for a little over a year now and I can truly say that I am in the best mental and physical shape I have ever been during my personal fitness journey!!
