I took my laptop in for a keyboard replacement at ScreenWorks on September 9th. I was greeted by two men. A tall man with a positive attitude, and the shorter man who was going to replace my laptop's keyboard. I left my laptop in perfect condition(apart from 4 missing keycaps that I pulled out to clean but ended up breaking) and when I received my laptop a day after the replacement was complete. I immediately noticed a long 2in scratch on my display back cover. I told them about the large scratch, but both employees acted ignorant to the large scratch. Saying they didn't even touch the display part. This a laptop, the display is attached to the keyboard base panel. Did you replace the keyboard with the screen still attached? Neither one of them took responsibility for the scratch. I also noticed that the screen was filthy. Covered in finger prints(later to find out grim was also on it). I was annoyed with the large scratch on the display back cover but the keyboard seemed to work just fine so I left. When I got home, I decided to check on the display for any scratches. I got a microfiber cloth and cleaned the display to see 4 fingerprint size bubble that looked like air bubbles on a screen protector. I did my best to try to wipe them away, but they refused to budge. Then I noticed a 0.5 MM dent in the bottom left corner of my screen. I looked on the other side and a smaller dent was on the right corner of my display. I have no clue how those got there. I drove back and told the two dudes about the dent, the bubbles, and brought up the 2in scratch again. They said they had nothing to do with it and offered to clean my display. Luckily it was just some grim, but the way the dude cleaned it made me upset. He put so much pressure on the display that I could hear the laptop make cracking noises. I was happy that the main display itself wasn't damaged and that the bubbles were gone, but I would soon find out after getting home that the display back cover was scratched up again due to this man's carelessness. After that, one of the two guys, the one with the positive attitude, shift conveniently ended, leaving me with the guy who did the repair. I asked him what he was going to do to the dints on my display. Again, he refused to take responsibility, saying he only touched the bottom part of my laptop. THEN, he straight up told me that he hates when customers complain about the job that he did. Has this happened before???? I was bewildered at what he said. I told him that I hate when I send my laptop for a repair, and it comes out damaged. Dude then told me that I should have just done it myself if I didn't like the job he did. This is the type of negative customer service I thought I would only hear about online, but here I was living it. This experience was terrible. After I got home again, I decided to test my laptop to make sure everything was working, but then I plugged in my 100W USB-C charger to my laptop, and it began to buzz. I plugged in my 67W changer, and it began to buzz. I plugged in to both USB-C connectors, but they both cause my laptop to buzz. This action also caused my laptop to stop working properly until I did a hard reset. I had zero issues with USB-C charging before hand, but now it causes my whole laptop to freeze and go black. I almost forgot to mention that the same repair man tried to charge me 40 dollars more when I was trying to set up this repair. I was told over the phone it would be 40 dollars less. It was only because of the tall man with the positive attitude that he was able to confirm the price I was told over the phone. Of course, the repair man grumpily agree to this price. I have not done enough testing to see if something else is broken but here's my review. I will never come here again. No one who wants to repair their laptop should come to this place. They’ll just end up making a bad situation worse. I walked in with a damaged laptop and walked out with a damaged laptop. Thanks ScreenWorks.

I held off giving ScreenWorks a review, until my FOURTH failed attempt at having them repair my iPhone's cracked screen. At that point, I explained I'm out of patience and time coming back for more chances. I asked for a refund, and was told they would have to put on my cracked screen, but they "don't know where it is or if they have it". I'd have to wait a few hours to see, then they would have to schedule a district manager to come in which would take more time/days. Stuff happens, but you CAN NOT put a customer through all this, then put multiple more roadblocks at correcting poor workmanship. As a business owner who depends on my phone, they showed no concern for making me come back so many times. (They seemed VERY disorganized each time I visited). Initial problem: Cracked screen, but iPhone is working fine. Attempts: Within hours of leaving their offices the first time, the screen developed spots, randomly opening apps, typing letters when trying to e-mail or text. They said sometimes they get a bad screen. OK, stuff happens. After getting it fixed the SECOND time, my screen started acting up and now IT IS COMPLETELY DARK. I go back a third time and they said leave it longer and they'll get to the bottom of it. They DIDN'T. Same and new issues. (One tech indicated the inside looked like it had been altered. It's only a couple months old and THEY were the first and only ones to get inside it). A day later I'm again having blotches on new screen and random programs opening, butt dialing and random text typing. Closing... I will NEVER go there again. As a business owner I can't be without my cell phone and I don't have this kind of time to continue going back every day. I would have held off writing this review, until they made refunding my money even more of a nightmare, adding more days and visits, and they said they still might not be able to refund my money. Keep your $150 @ScreenWorks. But your reputation is beyond repair. Kind of like your efforts on fixing my phone and serving your customers.

Replaced many iPhone screens. Jacob has replaced the screen very quickly (usually 15min or less) while I wait. Never an issue with the new screen. Open Saturdays has also been helpful.

This place was amazing! I brought in a Nikon Camera that was wouldn't turn on. The guys here were able to reset the camera's system, gave me some new batteries, and fixed the lenses all for a pretty low price. They were all so helpful and nice! Though they don't advertise it yet, if you need some camera repairs, this is the place to go!

I needed the PSU replaced on my PC. It had also taken a power surge when I tripped a circuit breaker at my house & wouldn't power on. I called Screen Works. David O. was very accommodating & happy to help & went the extra mile to clean & resurrect my computer after experiencing boot problems. He repaired my PC quickly, efficiently (same day) & communicated well despite being very busy & even helped me carry it back & forth from my car. I'm very happy with the service I received. Very professional & the price was very reasonable. I would not hesitate to use again & will recommend to others. Thank you Screen Works!

Thank you for taking the time to read this review for ScreenWorks. I apologize that it is long, but I didn't want to hide anything and make anyone look better or worse (myself included). A couple years ago, I took my Pixel 3 Pro in for a battery replacement. They took great care of me. This time, I needed to have the screen of my Pixel 6 Pro with fingerprint sensor replaced. I came in on Tuesday afternoon, put down my deposit and we ordered the part. A couple days later on Friday, I brought my phone back in to have the screen replaced. Took them 3 hours to get it ready. Nice!! When I came in to pick it up, I noticed there was a tiny green light right above my front camera at the top. Never saw that before. I recognized it as being a cracked screen at that spot. They acknowledged the same. I also noticed that the fingerprint sensor wasn't working. They had thankfully ordered a second screen for the phone. They asked me to bring my phone back in Sunday afternoon and they'd have it ready before closing. They also asked me to put the phone through its paces and make sure everything was working correctly. So I did. On Sunday after they replaced the screen, I can say it looks great! No cracks. Very bright. Accurate colors. However, no fingerprint access like before. In fact the facial recognition and fingerprint options don't even show up in my Settings. I asked if the screen had a fingerprint sensor on it. Their employee looked it up and said that the screen that they installed, didn't have that. Now this is where I am a little frustrated. When I brought my phone with the cracked screen in, the fingerprint sensor on it was still working. The fingerprint icon was clearly visible at login even on the damaged screen. The staff at ScreenWorks could see that easily. Why would I want to replace one screen for another without all the same features? So one of their amazing associates Jacob looked up replacement screens for my Pixel 6 Pro and they ordered the proper screen WITH the fingerprint reader. It will cost me $100 more as that display is more expensive than the other, but every penny I've paid so far will go to that one. While I'm waiting for that screen to come in, I'm still using the second one they replaced and have kept the little plastic screen peel on it to protect the screen. Hopefully they'll be able to use it for someone that doesn't care about the fingerprint reader. I'm hoping for a call today (Wed) letting me know the screen with the fingerprint sensor is in and that I can drop it off this afternoon sometime. If not today, then Friday. No matter what, this company has done a great job taking care of my phone repair needs. I HIGHLY recommend them. I'm only giving 4 stars right now because of the extra headache of the ordering of a screen without the fingerprint sensor. To the employees at ScreenWorks, first offer like for like (in my case the screen WITH fingerprint reader). Then if that seems like too much to the customer, offer them the downgraded screen. Either way the customer will get what they are expecting and you'll avoid a headache. Thank you for taking the time to read this review of ScreenWorks.
