Per our amazing waitress, Lisa K, we tried the fried asparagus and stuffed mushrooms for appetizers! We were impressed as they were both perfection! The asparagus were flavorful and still had a snap to them! Derek did the all you can eat fish fry, and I had their steak and fish! Not many places get medium to medium rare, right, and they did! We will continue to visit this restaurant when we are in the area!
Went here for anniversary. Loved it food was amazing!!! Atmosphere was great. Waitress was such a nice lady. Highly recommend this place
We went on Veterans Day. They offer select free meals for our Veterans. Great choices, my husband had the prime rib. We had the coconut shrimp, for an appetizer. I had the prime rib sandwich. Everything was very good. Our server was so busy, but very nice. Would recommend reservations.
We stopped in for dinner this evening. Seated quickly, server was very nice and attentive. Atmosphere and decor is charming with a seafarer theme. Food was the lowest point of the experience; we found that it was only average. The spinach artichoke dip had a very strong cream cheese flavor, and a lot of grease at the bottom. French onion soup was good, but it needed more bread and cheese on top. My partner said he enjoyed the chicken and mushroom soup. I ordered the Key Largo pasta and my partner ordered the Jumbo Stuffed Shrimp. I thought the pasta was pretty bland and overly greasy. The flavor wasn't bad, but it was very mild. My partner said the shrimp was OK, but it was a bit dried out. The bed of rice that it came on was also undercooked. Overall, the atmosphere and the service is great, but the food is just so-so.
We had a great meal & excellent service for dinner. Our server was in training and she did a great job. Our food was fresh & tasty, perfect amount.
Needs renovations! The food was good but didn’t seem worth the price, especially since the building and decor seem so out of date. Our waitress was very nice, but they forgot 3 items that our table ordered. The bathrooms were definitely not up to par with what you’d expect based on their prices. The seating was not very comfortable. Like I said, the food was good, but at those prices you are also paying for an experience and the experience was not up to par. Also, they really need bigger cups for water. I had to refill mine 5-6 times.
Service was friendly, although never asked how the food was or for another drink. Ordered the blackened ribeye medium rare, and wasted $30 on a terrible cut of meat with tendons and tough to chew. Also cool from probably sitting on a shelf. Over cooked Brussel sprouts side. The worst steak I’ve ever had and waitress apparently so busy she never came round again to ask how it was, just came back to drop the bill and left quickly.
We enjoyed our meal and the staff was very friendly. We had stuffed mushrooms, stuffed jumbo shrimp and broiled whitefish. Decorated very cute, just an older restaurant.
This was our first time here at Timbers. The food and drinks were delicious. You definitely shouldn't leave hungry, big portion size. I had the Caprese Chicken sandwich, and upgraded to chili cheese fries. Their chili is so good. My hubs had the
This was exactly what I was looking for. Visiting my old high school area and family with no internet makes getting my computer related work hard to do while visiting Ludington. I needed a place to enjoy a beverage while having space to check my comp
Love this place, I've never got the chance to camp here but I have spent some days here. Love the hiking here. Beautiful scenery. Family-friendly trails. They have kayaks to rent at the main part of the park.
The hike (for me) was a nice experience with occasional breaks and snack and drinks you must take, and some doggies were along with some people, so petting one was therapeutic! one lady left strange tracks and she finally came back on a battery wheel
A great playground for kids young and old(er). Multiple play areas with lots of slides and swings. We were visiting for the New Year's Eve event and needed something to do in the morning. This park entertained our kids for well over an hour and we on
Nice small park that's mainly just the beach. Parking is right next to the beach and the beach is very accessible. There are two porta potties at the parking lot. There is nothing else though. The park side of the beach connects to the Buttersville c
The fresh-caught Michigan fish is AMAZING!!! We tried them all: walleye, lake perch, and whitefish. My personal favorite was the walleye, but they were all delicious. The deep fried option was exceptional. Not at all greasy. Light and crispy. Outstan
Revised Review (4/28/22): This Motel has since changed owners. Reservations are much more expensive and include other fees such as booking and cleaning fees. Additionally, they offer limited cancellation flexibility. Very sad this gem has changed it
We had heard good things about Qs. However, we were a bit nervous when we walked in at 5pm on a Friday to a completely empty restaurant. The staff was extremely friendly, and we ordered ribs, pork belly burnt ends, pulled pork, brisket, Mac n cheese,
