BEWARE!!!!!! All the reviews are accurate. The ac didn’t work, the room smells, the room looks nothing like the pictures aside from the color. There were cigarette burns on the cover. We were scared to look under the blankets at the sheets. This place was very sketchy. I was scared to stay, and it was DAYTIME. Went to tell them we were leaving and the manager/owner pointed at the No Refund sign, and I proceeded to tell him we were not staying. We left and found another hotel. I have never felt so uncomfortable and unsafe in a location as much as I did there. Please, RUN don’t walk away. Not worth the price. I hope this helps someone. I only left on star because I couldn’t leave it blank.

Place is dirty and outdated. Someone tried to come in my room at 11:40 at night. I knocked on the window and told them they had the wrong room cause I wasn’t opening the door. They showed me their room key the front desk gave them with my room number on it. Good thing it has a latch does look to be on its last leg tho. Phones do not work to call the front desk and they won’t answer my cell phone. Tv doesn’t catch any channels. Don’t come here if u want to use the pool either. You get what u pay for!!!!🥹

This place does not even deserve a 1 star. They get a 0/10. We booked a weekend mini vacation here as it wasn't to far from Galveston. This was the worst mistake ever. They gave us an upstairs room and we had my handicap mother with us who has hard times walking up and down stairs. The room on first arivel was underwhelming to say the least. There was a stain on on of the beds and the walls were nasty. There was somebody's used wash cloth still in the shower. No trash can in the bathroom. The TV didn't work hardly at all the couple channels that did come in were more static and anything. The pool was so bad we went in hopes to get to enjoy the pool and sadly didn't. Will never gain stay here and would never in my life recommend anybody to stay here

Don't believe what you see in the pictures. This place is nasty!! Got in my room and there were flies and roaches running around. Folded the bed sheets down and there was a 18 inch black hair in the bed. Pool is green and late night activities going on in the parking lot. Sign in lobby says no refunds after 10 minutes.

Let me tell you they have mold all over the place. They have stains on the bed bad customer service almost slipped in the tub. The tub is a safety hazard. They have no cable the phone to the company don’t even work. It’s broken and the sheets are thin, the floor coming up the walls squeaking I had a terrible visit And I would never go back. The customer service is horrible. We asked for some new covers and they said they don’t have none and I’m pretty sure they don’t have a housekeeper. They just reuse the cover and they have personal equipment for themselves and you’re not supposed to do that they have vending machines. They don’t have nothing in it and they don’t work , never ever ever ever go back and they don’t wipe down the counters they had hair all over the place they had booty juice on the toilet. They had toilet paper already in the toilet they had Pee, mold on the ring on the bottom of the toilet, bad, horrible. And they don’t even clean the pool they just keep adding chlorine in there I repeat do not go there we had to clean up the everything we put towels on the sheets, cause we don’t know if they clean it and the TV is fuzzy they only have three channels

Very unclean, and roaches everywhere inside the room. Air conditioner broken. We didn’t stay, we moved out once we see lot of cockroaches on bed and everywhere. Front office could not give us another room and promised full refund. It has been a week and no refund still.

BEWARE of the word “deposit”! It doesn’t mean the same thing to the desk clerk/owner as it does to the rest of society. I paid a $40 pet deposit for a 10 pound (at the very most, soaking wet) kennel kept, terrier mix PUPPY. No problem, right? I’ll get it back tomorrow so I paid it in cash. Except that we decided to stay another night and the same desk clerk that checked us in (so he KNOWS I paid it) tries to collect another $40 “deposit” again. I flat said no. I asked him if I was going to get my first $40 deposit back and he looked at me puzzled and replied “No, it was a deposit.” Which, to me anyway, means that once you check the room and there’s no damage I get my $40 back! Apparently, not to these people. I paid $70 (2 beds) for the room and $40 for my dog. He should have, at least, had a room to himself with a single bed for that price! Just don’t make the same mistake I did. To be honest, $70 is too much for this roach infested, rusty faucets and tubs, smells like cigarettes room. The pool is green and the management doesn’t care about anything. Go somewhere else. It’s just not worth the money or the hassle.

Guys do NOT doubt the reviews on this place. Within 5 minutes i see a roach on the side of the bed. We leave to get food and there are at least 2 roaches on the floor. DON'T DOUBT THE REVIEWS
