I recently had an unexpected stay at Scottish Inns & Suites IAH Airport, TX due to a last-minute flight cancellation. I was thoroughly impressed with the level of service and support provided by the hotel. Despite the short notice, they accommodated me seamlessly. Their prompt arrangement of a complimentary shuttle ride to the airport early the next morning was a lifesaver. Additionally, their efficient handling of digital receipt documentation, which was necessary for my airline reimbursement, was particularly commendable. The staff’s professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond made a potentially stressful situation much easier to handle. I highly recommend Scottish Inns & Suites for anyone needing a comfortable and reliable stay near IAH Airport.

Rooms are clean and freshly painted, good size, nice bed. Location is great if you only care about proximity to airport. Loud, and the room next to us had their car stolen from the parking lot, during the day! We won't be back.

Good spot. Lots of effort went into the towel origami.. Impressive, best I have seen I think. Nice location on a one night stop over in Houston. Close to airport with free shuttle. Shuttle caught fire on the way in.. Nothing to do with hotel as it is a seperate company. But made the trip an adventure. Once we put our the shuttle we arrived and enjoyed our room. Thanks team!

Pretty basic hotel close to IAH. I needed the airport shuttle. The hotel has signs that it recently reopened, or was remodeled, rooms are spiffy! The breakfast is marginal, waffles, juice, tea, coffee, and there is kind of a gap around the hotel for restaurants. Closest thing besides gas stations is a Jacks. Pretty handy for a quick trip to the airport,l

Great location, quiet, and friendly service. The bed was comfortable and room clean. Towels were not great; on the small size and they were not very soft. I didn't have a chance to have breakfast, but it looked a little basic, and lobby coffee was not drinkable. Luckily, coffee in the room was good. Overall, this was a great stay for the price, and I will stay here again.

Lovely little place to stay, handy shuttle and nice drivers. Guy on reception polite and friendly. Rooms spotless and everything I needed for an overnight stopover. Fridge, microwave, coffee machine, toiletries. Would stay here again

I’m a senior in college and was going on a trip abroad. My first flight got delayed so I missed the connection here in Houston and needed a cheap but decent place to stay. I found this place for about $65 a night with a good rating so I booked it immediately. I was absolutely shocked at the quality of the room I stayed in compared to the 4 star rating. The quality of my room was awesome, the service here was great, and the shuttle system to and from the airport was friendly and enjoyable. The only downside of my entire experience is the shuttle serves multiple hotels which can interrupt your plans so plan accordingly. This is a great spot for little to no price and made my unfortunate experience at the airport much better.

The hotel is ok, but is a little far away from the hotels area. The free brakefast is good for a short stay. The shuttle service is busy during the arrive from the airport to the Scottish, it will take some time, not less than 30 to 40 minutes, because always is crawed, maybe two travels before your pickup but good and fast from the hotel to the terminal airport. I will strongly suggest to call the hotel so they can schedule your pickup, as soon as you arrive to the Airport exit that they ask you to walking out to find the Shuttle Van. Thanks.
