Scottish Inns & Suites Bordentown NJ - Featured Reviews (96)
I can only speak for my own personal experience. When I stay here for the weekend everything was peaceful. I know sometime you can get some shady people that stay at these places. But I had no problem when I stayed the rooms were nice size television decent channels and air conditioning good everything was excellent can't say anything negative. My stay was great
Reasonable and accommodating. I give it a 4. Because times have changed and we can’t expect a brand new hotel to be built every time an old one gets too expensive to keep up. The owners do a great job at maintaining the area. The bed is decent. It’s clean. The bedding is clean. The showers work. The sinks and toilets work with no breakage. The lighting is eclectic and thrifted furniture is the theme. (I definitely like the thrifted nature which is a nod to the environment). I’ve done my research and new hotels do not provide supreme air quality unless they are certified. Not affordable. The owners will do anything you ask. They are always available. They are good folk I stay here and this is no worse than my young son’s place. Everything is in working order. I seen one ant in the bathroom But I bet your house has one ant in it also. The owners will spray and that will solve the problem just like home. The floors are vinyl plank. This hotel is reminiscent of what life was like in the 60s and 70s. And we survived. So if you want new then pay three times as much. Most of the truck drivers on here complaining live in a rickety shack that’s a huge health hazard anyhow. These people are reasonable and accommodating
I had over 25 bed bug bites. Don't go here. Spend a lil more on some place. I got eaten alive in the bed. The walls are dirty and so are the sheets. My girlfriend had to shower every morning after waking up with dirt on her legs. And I can't say it enough. The bed bugs are terrible. Before writing this I just killed one with my blood in it on my pillow...
Positive: "" Negative: The bed bugs were terrible. I had over 30 bites.
Horrible place. They charged me $80 a night, even though I booked online and was told $55 a night. They made up a bunch of lame excuses as to supposed fees and such because I had an 18 wheeler. They advertise "truckers welcome" and that they have truck parking, yet all of the parking spots they have, they rent to local drivers. Place is a joke. The room had ants and the bathtub had a rusted out hole in it.
The worst thing this place is awful the bathtub is disgusting and 2 cockroaches coming out under the bed we couldn't even stay 10 minutes there we had to run away and besides we didn't keep them there and they didn't return the money The worst experience !!!!!We had reserved a room with 2 beds and when we arrived they gave us a room with one bed because the one we had reserved was occupied!!!!!!!!
Horrible place. Renters openly smoking dope. Sketchy tenants long term. Drinking in front of children and smoking dope. Filthy rooms. Rude owner. Forced to leave one night sooner I paid for because a long term renter tried to attack me and threatened me about waiting at my door in the next morning to attack me and he threatened to vandalize my car. Plus they rent space to loud tractor trailers who park there. A filthy dangerous dump.
Nightmare hotel! Violent arguements at night. Scary elecrical connections. The microwave plug hsd the grounding removed to fot into a cheap 2 plug extension cord. I had to leave the second night before even sleeping after another renter threatened me and told me when I woke up the next morning my car would be vandalized and he would be waiting outside my door to mess me up! I left in a hurry and the owner refused to reimburse me. Open dope smoking. No security and my electronic door lock barely worked. A horrible place to stay! Motel 6 much nicer than this dump!
I only went here for an embroidery class, but the rooms were an appropriate size for the class. I did hear from a few people that stayed at the hotel overnight, that it was a bit expensive. I however, live close enough that I didn't need to stay a
went out for dinner with friends here and it quickly became a cherished night out! the aesthetic and decor inside is not like a restaurant weâve ever been to before and it was refreshing! for food, we ordered the tapas tower and everything came out
Hands down best bagels. The service is quick, friendly, easy going but professional. Unique selection of bagels and handmade cream cheese and butters. If you havenât had a chance to get here please do. Can get busy but worth the wait!
We completely enjoyed or dining experience on Friday 1/12/24. Each individual dish from salad to desert was exceptional. Deanâs music was special. And our server Jessica was gracious, acommodating, and funny - all three. We hope to return again for
Have to check out this cream of crab soup and the coffee, AWSOME!!!! the service was perfect, and Cheryl made our first ( but not last). Visit there a wonderful time. You HAVE to go visit this diner, and you will not be sorry.
We just happen to be in the area and in need of some breakfast, and happened to end up at the town and country diner. What good fortune we had! We were greeted by a bunch of Girl Scouts, who were eager to sell their cookies, and we were eager to buy.
