I've been to Scooter's Coffee three times. Once at another location and the other two at this location recently. The service provided was excellent each time. Their regular hot coffee is decent, but their flavored drinks are too sweet and watered down. They're Pumpkin Spice latte taste like eggnog. I'll stick to plain from now on since it's better and cheaper too.
This was a horrible experience based on this extremely soggy muffin. It was soggy on top and on the sides almost like it was dropped in a liquid.. I brought it back along with the receipt to prove that I bought it and the time. Taylor( manager) said that he can’t reimburse me. So I asked for the Regional or District manager’s info and he told me that I can talk to the owner which is his father in law. He warned me that I might not get too far because the owner “doesn’t like to put up with this nonsense” is what he told me verbatim. This horrible experience reminded me of why I should stick to Caribou or Starbucks! Google needs to put a 0 star review because that’s what they deserved and mostly based on their very poor customer service.
Turtle blender with mini sugar cookies are my go to ! Staff was friendly and very fast! 10/10 would recommend!
My husband and I are new to the area and I’ve never had scooters. Well now I feel like I’ve been there at least 15 times!!! The customer service is what really does it for me. Of course the coffee and dirty chais are amazing as well. Jan is the one who always takes my orders and she is just so sweet. Very happy with scooters.
Great place. My first time visiting and I wasn’t disappointed. The line was long at 7:30am but it moved rapidly. Service was nice and the iced coffee was delicious.

I like my coffee dark but also do still enjoy some sweetness to it, they absolutely nailed my cold brew today, perfectly dark and perfect amount of sweetness 🙌🙌 Plus they are always super polite anytime I come through.
How does Scooter’s not have a decaf option for cold brew with how big they are? I’ve heard all great things and I was excited to try it, but cannot have caffeinated coffee for the time being. Disappointing.

Unique place. Would never expect something like this just out side of town near the port. The pros: the bluff trail is beautiful and a must see. If you like a challenging but short hike, this is perfect. There is a level and easy stretch of boardwalk
