I'm Old Army, so any time I can get good coffee, I am pleased. Being new to the Lincoln area (transplant from Boston MA) I had to look up Coffee Shops on the net. I found this Scooter's to be excellent in all aspects. Coffee was perfect, seating arrangement was right on time, so if you are looking for a place to be alone, you've found it; there are also areas where a group can sit and discuss anything. Service was excellent (don't forget to tip) sit back and enjoy!
This is my favorite spot for a weekly Bible study with a friend. It's quiet enough for contemplation and conversation, yet lively enough to infuse reality. This is fast becoming one of my favorite Scooters locations in Lincoln. Same great coffee and excellent service I have come to expect from the franchise.

You can either take the drive-through or go inside.. Its very nice everybody is very helpful and accommodating and you have places to sit and enjoy your food or your coffee..
Customer service was good. They didn't leave room for the opportunity to put creamer/milk in my coffee like I had asked though. The woman who helped me greeted me and helped me right away which was nice because I was in a rush to get to work. I was disappointed though due to them not having a light roast as that is my favorite. I enjoy the convenience of the location and how fast they get you the cup you so desperately need to make it through your morning. I feel like they could be better at listening to what the customers' needs are though instead of just being in a rush to get to the next person. There is a way to provide excellent and fast customer service to everyone that walks through the door.
Their coffee is very flavorful, and they have many different kinds to choose from. They prepare their coffee fresh, and will make any coffee, no matter high matience. The people there are also amazing, like the coffee, and they always have a good attitude. They also get to know you after awhile, and remember your order. They always make you feel welcome, and at home at Scooters!
I love this Scooters location out of all the Scooters in Lincoln because it has that Estes Park Colorado feel. The inside is very warm and inviting. Love the Archway drive-through, that I use, and the employees are always so warm and friendly. 😊 However I wish the Scooter company would provide strong, Not Flimsy paper coffee cups. I have a McDonald's ( Love their cups ) strong paper coffee cup that I keep in the car so that when I get a Scooters Coffee, I can put it in the McDonald's cup to give it strength for easy handling. Also for those of us that prefer cream on the side, It would be nice to have the mini individual half-and-half containers instead of placing creamer, (amount they guess at) in a regular size paper cup. But if nothing changes, no worries I will continue to come to your location with my McDonald's cup and keep a carton of half-and-half at home. 😃 Sharlene Harrison
