Scoops, Soups, & More - Ice cream shop in Clovis - 433 Pollasky Ave, USA

In downtown Clovis is a great little ice cream shop, but they also have delicious soups and sandwiches. One of the most important pieces of information... the ice cream comes from Fresno State College dairy department and it beyond yummy.

First time visiting Old Town Clovis. Cute shop, I thought be a nice place get to get ice cream. They might want get some better employees. Very awkward experience. No greeting, no smiles, employees didn't even talk barely. Also one was on the phone.

I went there with my cousin, ordered and the cashier lady was really rude. She wasn’t our waiter so we didn’t tip and she replied with “nice tip” and slammed the card machine on the table when we payed with Apple Pay. We also saw that she was only rude to us even when other customers also didn’t tip (we were sitting in a table in front of the cash register so we saw) and the only visible difference between us and the others is our race. I’m not assuming or anything. And I’m pretty sure my chicken bake is one of the frozen chicken bakes they sell at Costco (it was $5). It was soggy and cold in the middle. And the sandwich my cousin got was not hitting 😔so we went to in and out afterwards. We were going to try their ice cream but we decided to go to baskin robbins instead because we would get the same terrible customer service at Scoops, Soups, & More.

The two young gentlemen who work there need serious training on food handling. We walked in while they were cleaning and touched our cones with their bare hands without washing their hands. Thats extremely unsanitary. We were so embarrassed to ask for them to wash their hands and so other customers wouldn't hear us complain. Please address that immediately or you will loose customers or cause someone to get sick. We ended up throwing away our cones.

The ice cream is fine. Cute setting for Elvis Presley fans. The staff are not very enthusiastic. $$

Best place for ice cream and very nice and honest people and the is a great place to enjoy with your family

Awful service you walk in to order and no one talks to you I guess you must be doing very well that you don’t need customers can’t wait to see this place closed.

The ice-cream is delicious but way over priced for what you get! $12 for a quart is outrageous, Also they do not weigh the amount given you. One server will give you a lot more than another for some reason and call it the size you ordered. I went to Baskin Robbins and got great ice-cream for 1/3 less the cost and just as much! Very disappointed in their pricing and varying serving size by employee!
