Very first time coming here was 3 months ago this past October and my family can't wait to come back. I'm sure this place is a goldmine especially during the summer. Exceptional and superior quality ice cream at reasonable prices located in downtown Keno is well worth the drive from my house in Beach Park, IL. Very clean venue with an extensive array of flavors, toppings & candy, friendly service and of course plenty of outdoor seating. It's winter and cold out now but definitely won't stop my family & I from stopping in to get some awesome Chocolate Shoppe ice cream!

Cutest little ice cream shop ever!!! Has more than just delicious Chocolate Shoppe Ice Cream as well!!! Coffee, Tea, sweet treats and so much more! Always decorated for every holiday!!! It's just the most adorable place ever!!! I highly suggest hitting up this spot!🤩

This place is amazing! I stopped with my Cross Country team after sectionals, and the ice cream and atmosphere were amazing! In my haste to get back up north, I left my wallet. The team here went above and beyond to get it back to me because we lived 2 hours away. Small business for the win! Thank you so very much for caring about your customers.

Cutest ice cream place yet. Decor has you wowed as you walk in and so much to choose from. From multiple flavored ice creams to candy and assorted goods for sale at counter!

I love this shop. It’s crazy that it is just a 5 minute walk from my home. This could mean several hmmmm guilty moments and excessive splurges of incredible ice cream! The service and the staff are both kind and welcoming. Just love this guilty pleasure. My second visit and again awesomely loving that they are in my backyard!!! Many visits are certainly on the horizon.

Great small town ice cream parlor atmosphere. Dozens of flavors. They even have a limited selection of non dairy options. They sell candies and glazed nuts as well!

The Scoops experience during our visit was ok but nothing really to get excited about. The ice cream is good and they do have a lot of Chocolate Shoppe flavors that you may not find in other places if you are wanting to try some different varieties. The service at the store wasn't really terrible but the employees gave the impression that we were more of an inconvenience than anything else by coming in which obviously took away from the experience. We also tried what they called a sprinkle cone, do yourself a favor and don't get this at all. It was very hard when trying to eat it as well as ultimately being bland and dried out. I actually wouldn't recommend any of the cones that you see in this section as they are likely very similar after sitting out for a while. They did have a frozen/chilled dog treat that our dog seemed to like so if you find yourself wanting to try the Chocolate Shoppe flavors then I would grab this for your canine friend.

The ice cream is some of the best I have ever had. The shop decor is so fun. I highly recommend!!!
