This company is in my opinion the best employer in the lewis Clark Valley. Thee had to let me go due to medical reasons but the kept me on 2 extra months over the fmla time. And then the long term disability is still paying a year later due to my disability. They take care of there people no questions asked most of the time

It's a great place to work. You know you are making a quality product for customers. It's also a fun place to tour if you get a chance. They have a very clean facility and the processes that are done to build the electrical products are very interesting. It was even fun for my little brother who told me he wanted to work for SEL someday and he later went in more tours and loved it every time.
