We took our crashed computer to them, and they got everything off of our crashed computer and fixed it up like new. Now we have back up and security. They treated us like family. They not only worked on it and repaired it, but they got it done in record time. Very quick response. Plus they did a follow-up call the next day to verify all was working good.

Austin was very good at explaining the issues we had with our computer. He then provided us with options to fix the computer and made sure it functioned properly. When he reloaded the computer he made sure we were up to date and we had the basic apps loaded. His customer service was excellent. It is because of employees like Austin we use Schrock. They accept most electronics for recycling and only charge for printers and monitors. I drove up and they helped me unload everything. I’d made an appointment with the Apple Store in town and that process was such a mess. Schrock Innovations made it a ten minute process with no appointment or wait. Thank you all, I’ve had their subscription services highly recommended as well to keep computers up to date and clean of malware.

Took my computer in because it crashed every single time I opened any Adobe program. They had it for four days and said they couldn't get it to duplicate the issue. As soon as I got home and turned it on, I noticed it had not been logged into my account even though I had given them the login credentials. As soon as I logged in, it crashed within a couple of minutes. I called and talked to the manager who said they would come back and pick it up and get it fixed but no one ever contacted me. I left two follow-up messages with the same manager on his cell and no return communication. UPDATE 8-15-23...It's been one month since the owner left his reply to my review saying the District Manager would reach out, which has never happened. Do yourself a favor and call Friendly Computers. They actually do what they say they will do.

Real life superhero’s, I stopped in when my keyboard on my laptop stopped working on me and chatted with Jacob told him my situation, He filled me in on the timeline and process and they delivered. Nothing short of phenomenal to work with. Great service, great conversation, great work. They were able to diagnose the issue same day, get the part the next, and have it back to me that night. Along with providing a loner laptop so I was able to keep my operations afloat. Go Team Josh!
