We were so impressed with Michael and the private self defense class he provided for our group of NCL young ladies. He was professional, engaging, and taught hands on ways to fight off an attacker. The information he provided on how to avoid an abusive relationship was spot on and so impactful. I would highly recommend this business!

I took the free group class that is offered and the private lessons. I had no past experience with martial arts or self defense. The instruction is excellent. Michael is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and is a good communicator. Works well with all skill levels.

Very cool classes. Lots of variety of classes taught but every one of them is super high quality. All of the students there were really friendly and helpful, I feel really welcome and always learn a lot. Update: I've been taking classes here for a few years now, what an incredible school! There is always more to learn here, I got my first black belt in the self defense oriented class (Kenpo 360) and now I'm enjoying some traditional Kung Fu (Wing Chun, Mantis hook swords) and even some Judo. I still feel the students are like a family, and so welcoming. I love it here!

My mom and I attended with no prior martial arts experience and loved the class! He was very informative and gave instructive corrections. The class gave us confidence to learn more.
