Ms. / Ma'am Jess exudes excellent customer service. She is definitely someone you'd look for to help you out. She's very approachable, patient, and easy-to-work-with. It was my first time there and she was able to help me out quickly. Turnaround was smooth! She knows what she's doing! I must say, the other front desk ladies / employees out there are also nice! Kudos to their management over there. Keep it up y'all!

Unlike most customer service places on Schofield, the ladies here are very nice and helpful. My only issue was a lack of understanding that n a particular issue with behaving or not having a declared address for my HHG shipment. It got worked out because the ladies were nice and patient.
