Man I've missed schlotzky's!! I uses to eat at the one in Knoxville TN years ago before they closed! I seen this one on our way back from Florida and had to stop for dinner. It was just as good as I remembered! I will be stopping here anytime I go through!
Misleading prices and overpriced. The electronic menu board states combo meals but the prices change back and forth. One price is sandwich only the other is for combo. But at top of menu it states combo meals. $25.96 for 2 small sandwich combos. Ridiculous! Receipt is misleading also. And now they charge for pickle spears $1.18 for 2. Used to be complimentary. Regular coke fountain had strange taste either dirty lines or bad mix. Counter person had the personality of a brick. We're done with Schlotskys!
Used to be my go to place for lunch when there were a ton of these in all major cities. I forgot how smoky of a taste all of their sandwiches have. Not a lot of meat unless you pay to put extra on it. Service was quick but not very friendly at all.
Never ever have I eaten here and will say that for a first time I was pleasantly happy that I did finally give it a try.. I had the chicken ranch bacon calzone and it was really good. The four star rating is because my bread was over cooked and I did not like that. Ended up peeling the entire outer crust off. My step daughter had the pizza and she said it was really tasty. I took a bite and it was really a lovely addiction to have lol. Anyways I hope you guys enjoy and I hope Schlotzsky's gets the bread right next time. Enjoy

The style of this place!!! Where do I start, the atmosphere of this restaurant is very chill and welcoming. It's as if Firehouse and Jersey Mike's had a baby. The service is great and very friendly! The food is some of the best I've had for sandwiches, and there is so much to choose from even for the picky eaters that don't like alot on there sandwiches. The have classics and they have some with there own spin on it. Today I had a grilled cheese with smoked turkey and ham. And my grandad had a bacon turkey club sandwich both on jalapeño cheese bread. To end the review off I will say that this place has really surprised me cause I'm not big on sandwiches shops. This place needs to be recognized more because WOW!
We drive through the drive-through 3 times and no one responded. We stood outside and knocked on the door to get their attention for the drive through and were ignored. Restaurant hours clearly state dining room closed at 8:00 pm and drive through open until 9:00 pm. We arrive at 8:04 pm and got no service.
I recently picked up some delicious sandwiches for dinner. I made my To Go order then swiped my debit card to pay. What pops up before completing my transaction? A prompt for a tip! This is completely inappropriate for a fast food restaurant.
