Schlotzsky's - Sandwich shop in Fort Smith - 7010 Rogers Ave, USA

The cashier inside (probably in her 40s) was very helpful. The place was empty and she even talked to me while she was cleaning tables. The food was still pretty good by the time I drove 1.5 hrs to home. The bathroom is where it all went downhill. It was worse than a middle-of-nowhere convenient store that hasn't been cleaned in a year, and a homeless person has been living in there type of dirty. The pictures say it all. Well, except for the smell. Thankfully you can't smell these pictures.

I noticed my sandwich didn't taste the normal way. As I looked I found the meats were not what I was used to. I spoke to MARIELLA she explained they were out of one meat and provided a few pieces of ham to fix this. The sandwich was wonderful and service above local competitors. KUDOS to MARIELLA great customer service.

The wife and I just visited Schlotzsky’s in Fort Smith, Arkansas for the first time today. Definitely a great place to eat. Great food, clean operation and great selection of sandwiches made on fresh homemade breads. I had the Pastrami Rueben with Corned Beef. It was amazing. And the Tomato Basil soup was also very good.

Have been meaning to let this Schlotzsky's know what a great job they are doing, especially Jolene. I was visiting Fort Smith a few months ago and the cashier (Jolene) was exceptionally friendly and cheerful. When she wasn't taking orders or passing them out to customers, she was busy cleaning tables. The staff was on top of their game during a busy lunch rush and I think my sandwich (the original) was the best I've had compared to other Schlotzsky franchises. I look forward to coming back!

Food was delicious 😋. I got the Wensday special, Get two pizzas for the price of one. I recomend trying the flatbread if you like thin crust.

Eating Schlotzsky's since 1971 (at the original location in Austin on Congress Ave). Eaten Schlotzsky's in too many places across the country to count. Love the Original sandwich and this location makes consistently good Originals. Always friendly. There's a little BB hole in one of the windows - has been there since we moved to this area 25 years ago - we sit at "our table" when available.

We dined in, and the experience was the same as always. Food was brought out promptly with a smile as always. Every time I'm on that side of town, I always have lunch there. I absolutely love the Cinnabons there, too. Fresh and hot!!

Excellent Sandwiches and Soups! Friendly staff and as always a very clean restaurant! You can dine in or use the drive thru. Although, the drive thru can take longer so if you are in a hurry this might not be the restaurant for you. However, the wait is always worth it!
