The quality of service and the food was terrible. The girl with short brown hair and glasses who worked the drive-thru tonight was too disrespectful, rude, and unhelpful. The other employees around the window were as well. The food was put together very sloppy. Did you people even try? Do I care that you people hate your job? No. What I care about is receiving what I pay for: good quality service and good quality food. What possibly could have made you think that I came to give you my money for anything else? Why are you even in this business? Go get a job you actually like. Schlotzsky’s, fire this girl. I won’t come back until I know she’s gone.

My daughter went through the drive thru & ordered me a cinnamon roll & this is what they gave her. Of course her being a teenager did not check the order before she left or got a receipt but this is beyond ridiculous that they really thought it was ok serving this to anyone.

It’s always something with this place. Options available online that aren’t actually available, from 2 tops buns and 2 bottom buns mixed up on your sandwiches, added extras never added, dirty dining room and staff never attendant. I really like schlotzkys but this place makes me want to go elsewhere. With not many options out here, we’d love to enjoy it. Do better please!

The food and everything was good and the service was fast, but I don't like that they're asking for tips at the drive-thru now. It felt awkward because I wasn't expecting it and I felt like I was totally put on the spot. It's a fast food place... They aren't waiters. They make a fair wage for their industry... and if they don't, then their employer should pay them more.

Our experience here was the worst. Not only did they forget our friends bacon, but they also put the wrong sauce on my husbands and put meat on the salad that I made clear “no meat.” So, all 3 orders had to be sent back. When everything came back, our friend and my husbands sandwiches both looked totally disheveled, and my salad was extremely thin. The apples they put on my salad also had brown spots. This was the worst experience, especially at $15.00 a sandwich and almost $10.00 a salad. We certainly will not be going back.

I ordered through the take out. We, ordered 2 sausage and pepper calzons. To my surprise, when we opened our sandwichs there was only bread, and 2 sausages in each bread, the rest was like watery , "stuff"(veggies) . The menu add was deceiving! Horrible sandwich 🤮 For the price it should have been at least tasteful. Just my opinion 😒

There was nothing wrong with the service person. In fact, the hostess was very sweet and professional. However, the wait was about twice as long as expected. But I like the food there, so I doubt if this wait will impede my future visits!!
