Getting a hold of technical support is non existent. Monitor came in 5 months ago brand new and works great only used it a handful of times less than 10 and went to turn it on and had a blown LED strip across my screen when literally was working fine the night prior. This is a factory defect and Now i have a damaged monitor and Can't get a hold of anyone on technical support to use my warranty.
I love this company and their products! I've purchased multiple tv's for my home. They all have beautiful pictures and have gone the distance. My oldest TV is almost 10 yrs old and still works perfectly. I have 2 sound bars that I love also. Customer service and tech support are professional and efficient whenever I've needed them, which hasn't been often.
I purchased a $350 monitor from this company just over a year ago. It now randomly power cycles off/on. Because it is out of warranty they won’t touch it. Won’t bother to fix it. Customer service is atrocious. Don’t buy their junk. They will just rip you off.
Abosulutly awful customer service. Monitor I purchased has had an issue twice in under a year now. first time they took a week to respond and tried to say I wasn't reporting a real issue. They only gave me a number to send back the monitor with after pushing the issue further. Second time happening now, and I'm having to push the issue again. Despite sending a picture of the monitor, they're arguing against me again saying I didn't give enough detail to the problem. This is the second time I will be having to pay to ship back a defective monitor.
I own a 50" 4k (living room), 46# 1080P (bedroom), 37" 1080P (garage) all from them. Love the styling and performance not to mention their price plus according to their customer service they're an American company that does business only in the states. I gotta support the local business!
I bought mine from Walmart with extended warranty plus square trade so I double warranty'd just to be safe (some of their reviews ain't that bright), and so far only the 37" acted up after 10 years of use. My warranty ran out by then so I looked them up and Lord and behold I'm local to their office so I drove over and they just charged me $75 to repair it. I'm sticking with them because I have access to their local office and their prices are just too crazy vs the brand names.
I don't understand why ppl give them 1 star review. I randomly bought one of their monitor online 3 years ago, because I didn't have much of budget for a monitor at that time. it's still working. I'm a heavy computer user for both work and gaming, the price and the reliability, I have no point to take a single star off.
Although I wish you guys produce some more advance monitors like Samsung, Asus or Alienware kind of 4K 144hz gaming, or even WQHD ultra wide screen. I know you guys are trying to keep the price low to support low budget customers, but... for whatever keep up the good work!
Highly recommend, got a 4k monitor from them and love it. Customer service is really good as well. I threw away my vesa mounts thinking I wouldn't need them and they sent me a new pair for free.
Bought a 40 inch 1080P it is amazing. Price was responsible, picture and sound are good would highly recommend and yes i know it's a off brand but just as good as a name brand.
