We recently stayed at the Scarborough Beach Motel from July 3-5 with a group of six people, and I couldn't be more pleased with our experience. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this motel is a gem. The rooms were immaculate, spotless, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and welcoming environment. Each room included a mini fridge, which was incredibly convenient for storing drinks and snacks during our stay. The attention to cleanliness extended beyond the rooms to the entire property, as the motel surroundings were pristine and well-kept. One of the biggest perks of staying here is the location. The motel is within walking distance to the beach, making it easy to enjoy the beautiful ocean and sand without any hassle. We loved the convenience of being so close to the beach, as it allowed us to make the most of our time in the sun. The management at Scarborough Beach Motel deserves special mention. They were incredibly accommodating and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Their friendliness and willingness to help made a significant difference in our overall experience. We slept like babies each night, thanks to the comfortable beds and the quiet, peaceful atmosphere of the motel. Overall, I would rate our stay a 10/10. Stayed here overnight after a trip to Block Island. When people mention motel it makes you think twice about staying. This place is clean, has all the basic room amenities. Front desk people were very helpful and accommodating . They have a little nook for bagels and coffee that’s just fine since the area has a lot of quality restaurants. We would love to stay here again. The public beach is right across👍👍👍

The hotel is under new ownership-and were a lovely family. We stayed two nights.Have been visiting Narragansett and Scarborough beach works for us. The beach has Easy accessible for older folks and great clean facilities. Have stayed at the anchor inn down the street many times and like that you can walk right into the beach. |However I preferred the Scarborough Hotel. |Nice breakfast, coffee, water, and they sell ice. Microwave nice little setup with fridge and coffee and coffee maker. Nice wide porch with a great view. We were waiting for an Uber that didn’t show and the owner dropped us at Spain restaurant for our dinner reservation.

Our room was spotless and exactly as pictured on the website. The owner lives onsite and was available to help at all times. It truly felt welcoming. The beach is just across the street and our room had a water view. We would happily stay here again.

AVOID getting assigned room #116. I booked the stay 1 year ago for an end of week (thurs, fri) wedding, paid $300+ fr 2 nights- how did I end up with a room whos VIEW is a GRAY CINDERBLOCK WALL of the snack bar that was maybe 7 feet away from the room door ! I was so embarressed I didnt even complain it was too much of a joke!!, the motel was not full on those 2 nights. Staff was friendly, we were able to check in before 3pm and the sheets + towels were very clean.

My husband and I were very happy with our stay. The room and property were well kept and very clean with everything we needed. The staff was wonderful and friendly. The location and view and proximity to the beach was perfect!!!

I’m always nervous about staying at roadside motels, but we were pleasantly surprised at how clean and comfortable our room was. Smelled clean, comfortable beds, everything in working order. Location right across from a lovely beach. Would stay here again for sure.
