He explained things thoroughly in a way I could actually understand them, and his price was more than reasonable. I felt so compelled to leave a great review for great work done by Scan Corp! Many fantastic things they did led to an overall excellent experience! Some of the things I loved: Make an appointment for drop off, instead of letting your computer be a placeholder for days until they get to it. Filling out the relevant info on a printable sheet on the computer in the lobby, so there's NO confusion about what you need, want or expect with estimate, very honest and above board, gives a great feeling of confidence even before work starts. Chris is a straight shooter, very meticulous, knowledgeable and thorough, easy to talk too, grade A tech! Mykala, the office manager was very helpful and patent with me, as well as professional. Now, let's get down to the nitty gritty. The actual work..! I was using a factory CPU fan on an 11700k, and big shocker, it was running hot. So, I purchased a Deepcool AK620 air cooler and asked them to put it on for me. Not only was this done in a very timely, efficient manner, it was done very expertly! They took pictures throughout the job, which I LOVED so they could explain everything they did very clearly. Honest, ethical, willing to explain patiently, answers questions, does everything right the 1st time. They made sure to show me it was running, gave me all my old parts, boxes from the newly purchased cooler, everything! Very fair, honest pricing for fantastic, honest work. All around, great experience. The pictures I've shared are from them, and the stages of work they performed, from start to finish. Clearly showed causation, and the finished job. My new gaming rig is now purring like a kitten, cool as a cucumber, instead of shrieking like a banshee with that factory fan at 4k rpm. Thanks a ton, guys, you REALLY came through for me! I am totally impressed with the service and honesty of Chris. He could charged me for a hard drive but he researched the model and found it only needed updated bios. Removed all the viruses and make ware. Do yourself, friends and family a favor and use them for all your computer needs
