Sazon Y Pilon Kitchen & Bar - Spanish restaurant in New City - 191 S Main St, USA

Made a reservation for 7:30 p.m., but was 30 minutes late (blk people time lol). Although we were running late they assured us our table would be saved. Also, I was able to drop off the birthday cake in the morning with no issues. We had the best dinner all the food was delicious & they’re not shy with their portions!! Cute restaurant right here in New City, family and I were glad we didn’t have to drive to NJ or NYC for a nice birthday dinner. No complaints, go go go the staff and food are amazing.

Second time around and the food still tasting amazing. All the seasoning it’s just right. The atmosphere is soothing dinner and music, nothing can compare. Service is great, always checking in as you eat if you need anything and is everything alright. Recommend to anyone and everyone.

Good tasty dominican/puerto rican food, I ordered the garlic shrimp mofongo and it was delicious, shrimp is perfectly cooked and flavorful. Chop cheese sandwich was also very good. Margarita flight was ok, I really enjoy the tart ones, coconut and traditional Margarita were sweet for my taste. Overall, good service, clean establishment, food is yummy. They have happy hour M-F until 7pm. Will definitely come back.

Best Spanish brunch place in the area. Unlimited drinks for 2 hours for only $12. Live DJ and the food is great. Must go and experience on a Sunday.

What a good place to spend a meal at after shopping all day. This place had good music and the food is authentic and does not mimic other latin food restaurants. Please ask for their faves they are proud of them and you will be as well. Flancocho ......wow. Peach sangria is a good twist. Good social atmosphere.

with the craziness of the holidays, they were busy. But that did not stop them from providing awesome food and service can't wait to go back. Had the steak and it was so tender you didn't need a knife

The food and atmosphere was really good. We arrive for an early dinner and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Service was a little slow and not as proactive. We had the stuff tostones, shrimp scampi and pernil. It was really good. My wife has a strawberry dacquiri, it was really strong. Lol. Overall, I do recommend this place and I will come back. I do have one pet peeve, though. There was a guy sitting in the front outside, smoking a cigarette right at the doorway. So my wife and I had to walk through smoke in order to get to the place. Then I saw the guy inside. He was one of the staff members.

I have come here to eat as well as hang out by the bar on a Friday night and both times I enjoyed myself. Good value for brunch. The food is very good and authentic , one of if not the best Puerto Rican/Dominican food in the county. The drinks are nice and strong .. Friday night music was throwbacks and I loved it! Great drink specials! I didn't even want to leave. Nice bartenders /staff. The owner is also very nice and came to speak to us while we ate. Can't wait to come again!
