Great little airport to fly out of. Fast and efficient through security and all gates are close by. Parking, rental cars, and Uber options are all also close and easy to access. Several nice spots to sit and dine. An unexpected bonus was a rather attractive parking ramp statue/fountain and outdoor seating.

Great airport! It is small compared to other airports, but it is very easy to get around. I have never been in and out of an airport so quickly.

Pleasantly surprise! First time flying out of this airport after 14 yrs in GA. Loved the size, relaxed atmosphere and easy access!

Very, nice one of my favorite airports. How is a great stopping place to get to Hilton head and of course our favorite place on the East Coast Jekyll Island

A moderately small airport… which I love. It has everything you’d need in a large airport, but boiled down to a comfortable size. TSA check was not very long at all on this Sunday that I passed through. The open area towards the front offers last minute gift ideas and eateries. There are also food options once you pass tsa. The center area has recharge stations for your mobile devices.

Nice small airport with plenty of coffee and snacks before and after security. USO is just outside security. Security was quick with no line on both recheck and regular. Flight was delayed due to weather at destination but we were informed timely and they got plus going as soon as they could. I flew Southwest but saw American and United here as well. Rental cars also available.

The airport is small, but lovely. We had an evening flight (10pm), so the airport was very quiet. Most places were closed or closed shortly after our arrival at the airport. However, my husband was able to get a Starbucks coffee and a pretzel before the places closed up. Our booking was confusing as we booked and paid for United, yet we were redirected to Silver Airways for our ticketing. Finding Silver was not straightforward as we did not see signage, thankfully we were directed to the right place by an airport worker. The desk for Silver Airways was at the far left of the departure counters and we properly had to walk to the end to see the signage and counter. That said, the counter attendants were lovely, but they could not explain why we weren't flying United as that was our booking. Alas, despite a (1) hour delay, our overall experience at the airport was a breeze- no lines, no waits, just a smooth passage. Btw: I'm obsessed with the beautiful propeller planes operated by Silver...I was sold on the aesthetics.

Did you know that they are 4 graves in this airport, 2 of them in the runway ? The graves of Richard and Catherine Dotson, the farmers who originally owned the land and died in 1884 and 1877, sit on the edges of runways 10 and 28.
