Saucy Dogs-Burgers-Tenders - American restaurant in St Charles - 1456 Bass Pro Drive, USA

I'm going to start this by saying we decided to visit 100% because of the negative reviews and the replies to those reviews, lol.... We had a GREAT experience. Our dogs were delicious, and the ingredients were fresh. The chicken tenders were good, too. Fries were the perfect amount of crispy and came out hot! Husband had the Mac n Cheese dog, and he enjoyed it. I got the chicago dog, and it was perfect. Service was also great! If we're in the area again, we'll definitely come back!

NYC Pizza Dog- This dog is a good combination of flavors. The pizza topping hotdog mix is very good.

Found this place while searching for a place to take my Mom for her birthday, she loves hot dogs. The food was really good and the atmosphere was very comfortable and welcoming. It took a minute to decide what we wanted because everything on the menu sounds fantastic but once we did our food came out fast and fresh. Great taste, big portions, overall very good! We'll definitely be back to try something else on the menu.

I got the Chicago dog,a chicken sandwich and pizza fries The Chicago dog was alright and was definitely not authentic. It didn't have the spice beau monde on it and the bun was hard? The Chicken sandwich had 2 small fillets on it and was encased in mayo and lettuce The pizza fries were alright when it comes to crinkle cut fries. I could tell that they were actually fried which is nice, but they were definitely overdone and slathered with a white sauce that wasn't cheese If I had to rate the food out of ten it would be 5/10 Overall I feel I could do better at home

Well first time in tonight. Let's start off by the only table big enough to seat us had dirty hand towels and used tartar sauce in thr basket caddy. Then being my first time I have questions. I was told they are steak fries....they aren't. I asked if the slaw was mayo or vinegar based she had no idea...asked how many poppers in an order she said 8 we got SIX. We told her and all she said was "oh sorry" also asked if thr wrap came with fries she also again had no idea. Bring toothpicks if u get any chicken from there. Also a good set of teeth. Thr DRIEST boneless chicken I've ever had in ly LIFE. I had to pick it out of my wrap. Clearly the grease is not changed that often because in her basket of boneless chicken was also rock hard pieces of who knows what kind of food. 66.00 totally wasted. Should have just gone to the pizza place next door or bdubs. If you look at the review below mine it was his taste buds blah blah. They always respond so snarky like it always thr customers fault. I would rather have frozen EDIBLE chicken than chicken that we literally banged against thr table and it was rock hard and dry as thr desert.

Place seemed pretty neat, been wanting to go here for a while. We ordered a double bacon cheeseburger and 3 piece tenders. The Tenders were chewy, and not enjoyable. the burger had a good mix of flavor with condiments but the patties and bacon was either over cooked or frozen, bc the meat was rock hard and tasted bad. Would not recommend getting a burger or tenders there. Fries were good. I like the seasoning they put on them. Curious how the hot dogs are, but don't know if I'll make it back there for it.

Everything about this place was disgusting. We stopped by and got an Italian beef and a Buffalo chicken sandwich. The bread was so soggy and tasted like grease. On the Buffalo chicken sandwich it was soggy and completely dry with no sauce. We asked if we could have some and it took 20 minutes because nobody was standing at the counter. Plus it is so overly priced for the worst food. We won't be back

I just ate here and the food was ok. The wings were the most decent thing here that I chose as an option of food. The up-charge for the fries is ridiculous with the portion size and the fries that they gave the first time were stale and not tasty. I asked for regular seasoned fries after giving back the loaded fries and they turned out much better. The customer service here could be a little bit better in my opinion, we waited at the front counter close to 4 minutes before anyone came out to take our order. Overall I would rate this experience and food a 5/10.
