Sauced Wood Fired Pizza - Pizza restaurant in Fairview Park - 21984 Lorain Rd, USA

This was a really fun and delicious pizza location. The converted gas station into a pizza shop gives way to an amazing pie. The overall location is clean however, not extremely high on the ambience list, But the overall pizza and service definitely made up for it. We ordered a mushroom appetizer as well as a pizza. We could not be more impressed with the taste of all items. The pizza crust was just right with a good sweetness to the sauce, but not too much and the toppings were the perfect amount and very fresh. Overall very pleased with this location and highly recommend others to check it out.

Sauced is a tiny business right on the corner of Lorain rd in Fairview park! We got a coupon and decided to give it a try! Walking in we were greeted by a friendly staff member, which for me just feels so inviting and made me feel welcome! The building is very small with only 4 tables however I’m sure many people are just taking food to go! Just a heads up. We decided to dine in and there was only one other table of patrons so it made for the coziest experience! We ordered the Italian salad, pretty standard but the ham and pepperoni were absolutely delicious! We decided to go all out and each try a pizza. I went with the pizza Bianca and my fiancé got our favorite pepperoni and banana pepper. So we could share. Food came out quickly and the pizza was great! I love how the crust was actually enjoyable, unlike some pizzas where I find I want to either dip the crust in sauce or just throw it out. The Bianca pizza had the perfect amount of garlic and ricotta cheese, I really enjoyed it! Our other pizza with red sauce and pepperoni and banana pepper was great too! I mentioned before the pepperoni they use has a really great spiced flavor! We finished our meal off with a cannoli to share! The cannoli was pretty standard but good! They had many other treats to choose from too!

Called my order in to sauced, all pizzas were very good, and the stuffed mushrooms were really good as well. Thank you guys love the thin crust, pizza and the overall product. Will definitely be back again.

In response to owner- yes you do lol… it’s breadsticks with cheese. That would make it a cheese stick. They are $9, please refer to your own menu. Thought I’d finally try this place since I drive by it all the time but this pizza was simply not good at all. Very thin/little no crust.. no flavor. The cheese sticks were better than the pizza. Disappointed

Looks like a family owned restaurant who really care for service and quality. The pizza amazing! Highly recommend.

A tasty little gem with the perfect pizza crust. The toppings and freshness are on par with the best you can find and the atmosphere is welcoming and clean. Will definitely be going there again some time.

Pizza was incredible. Ordered the kale and sausage pizza and the Godfather. They were both phenomenal. We drove from Brunswick to get this pizza and would do it again! Excellent!

As a vegan, I am on an ongoing quest to find the perfect pizza. SAUCED, where they make wood-fired pizzas, might very well be the place where you can find it. The crust is excellent. It is crusty, not gummy or greasy. The toppings are perfectly distributed, but don't overpower. The seasonings are just right. A perfect balance of crusty, cheesy, vegetably, saucy!
