Very rude service cleaned room 3x always excuse why couldn't clean room but expected payment on time refused give clean sheets every 3 days for clean sheets don't ask for tissue because was problem outrageous price for room with service they give absolutely no visitors
Horrible service Kept mentioning deposit Refused to Give me my passport nor my receipt Lied to officers about me being aggressive when im just asking for my receipt And for that room I wouldn't pay 40 for it Nor worth it don't waste your money here I tried go get a business card and she snatched them away from me Very disrespectful No go here Bad place
Your allowed to have any visitors to your hotel. So If your form out of town visiting family. They are allowed to come see you at your room won't stay again
This place is not a place to stay at. The owner went on about my nephew smoking in the room and it was apparent that all he wanted was my nephews security deposit of 10 big dollars. My suggestion is stay at any other motel but this one. I hate doing bad reviews but I need to in order to give honest people a heads up such as to look out for places like this one here. Good luck if you take a chance of staying here.
If there was no stars I would be happier. The heater went out and they gave me an 80s space heater that only blew cold air. I had made a complaint and they said when I checked out Monday to never come back. I was then called the n word because I complained. The rest of the hotel had heat except for my room and it is 4 degrees outside
RUDE and Expensive! The guy charges me a total of 264.00 including tax but demands cash. The IRS is getting notified and so is the ATF because the same man sales tobacco and alcohol to minors. The rooms are really small no kitchenette no closet. Horrible AC units. And there is alot of noise coming from behind them. The WIFI sucks!!!!
Not upscale but not trashy either. Only complaint would be due to the train and how much noise can be heard. If you are easily woken up by noise I do not suggest staying here.
