Unsafe area. But mostly scheduled a viewing to buy a place and the man showed up 30 minutes late to say he didn't have time and flipped us off. Mind you we were going to be paying cash is a quick sale. The lady actually selling the place sent him. Then also refused to show it. Reason? My tattoos. The fact I'm not old. I don't know but those seem to be what others thought. The people living there were NOT friendly. The employees weren't friendly but I have them a 5 for service and such because the one lady who owns the restaurant was SO VERY kind! She was willing to prepare dietary restrictive food for me and that alone was enough to earn them a high rating there. The place other than the restaurant smelled like mold and dust. I'm allergic so sensitive to the smells. There is no real workout room as listed and forget whatever that thing is they call a library. Carpets probably hadn't been cleaned for 2 decades. The fake flowers in the lobby were covered with age old dust. The only clean area seemed to be the restaurant. Even the pool area has cracks. The area is unsafe to live in. Large numbers of people fighting about the place. Heard 3 arguments loud in lobby in 30 minutes. There's also an underlying medical scent. Like poop diapers that got cleaned up. Ugh.

This is my second time staying at this location & both times were nice. My only real complaint is I purchased 2 rooms with mountain views but only one of the rooms had that view. The morning front desk employee assured me I would receive the cost of one night back on my card & that still hasn't happened. The area roads are under construction but there are a few alternate route to choose from. The staff is nice & the pool was great. Plus we had a nice view of the mountains from one room. Maybe someone from the company can resolve my issues in a timely manner. .... Holding my breath....

I was able to Check in and Check out with out any hassle or complications. My room was very clean and Very spacious! I did Enjoy the fact that they have security personnel monitoring the parking lot at all times. The STAFF Was a complete pleasure to come across. If I go back to Colorado Springs I know exactly where I will be staying at . 💯

This place is HUGE. The rooms are big and clean. I believe every room gets a balcony. The staff seemed over worked and snappy except for the reverend that worked the night shift. He was cool. Be prepared to have $150 extra be held on your card until after your room is inspected after checkout. As long as there's no damage you get it back.

This is our 2nd time staying here, this time we upgraded to a king suite, with a balcony around it, because we brought our foster boys. On the 2nd day housekeeping asked for permission to clean our room. We left and came back and I tell you I was so impressed she even took time and lined up our shoes. I wasn't worried about the area because after a certain time you have to be buzzed in the building if you don't have a key. I didn't see anyone just hanging around the building to be afraid of and we came back late every night. The front desk went above and beyond to make sure we were ok, they would ask even if we passed one of them in the hallway. The restaurant staff was amazing as well.. We will be back🫠

We booked this "hotel" with expedia. The photos looked like a great place. On arrival I think we stepped back in time 60 years. Nothing was updated. While checking in, they were OBSESSED with the no smoking policy. The deposit on the rooms was insane of 150.00 per room. While in the process of checking in, wrong cards were charged. Then reversed quickly. We were getting ready to go up to our room when a man decided to light a plastic sign on fire and try to grab things from behind the desk. My mother in law and I decided this was not the hotel for us. We were issued a full refund quickly. If I could give 0 stars I would.

The place is great, location sucks as the city is doing road work. Lights to cross street are not working. Front desk needs work, morning person has no customer service skills and has a little attitude. He was never rude just needs to be cleaning bathrooms not at front desk. Rest of staff was wonderful.

Better then we expected. Rooms were cheap so we weren't sure what we were guna walk into. But the rooms were clean. Day staff were friendly. Pool was nice. Hotel was clean. They offer food vouchers for breakfast. Many great good places to eat around here. We came for a day and ended up saying two days. We will most definitely be back!
