Sassafras Springs Vineyard and Winery - Winery in Springdale - 6461 E Guy Terry Rd, USA

I just photographed my first wedding at this Vineyard. It is such a beautiful venue that offers so many options to capture one of a kind images from all of the different outdoor locatons to the covered ceremony site with a view of the vineyard . If you're looking for a venue that offers a sophisticated vibe in a rustic setting this is the one and I can't wait to capture our next wedding there.

Our daughter and son-in-law's wedding venue could not have been better or more convenient! Sassafras Springs Vineyard and Winery has it all from attentive, kind and helpful staff, beautiful grounds, stunning ceremony spaces with rain options, well-stocked decor closest, and a gorgeous, newly expanded event center space that was perfect for the cocktail hour and reception on wedding day as well as the rehearsal dinner the night before! Two exquisite airbnbs on property provided a fun space for both the bridesmaids and groomsmen to be able to stay on property. We loved having fewer vendors to work with and details to cover since Sassafras Springs Vineyard and Winery checked so many boxes or us from decor, linens, china, silver and a wonderful beverage/bar menu with full service. My overall reason for the 5 star review goes to the staff and owners for accommodating us so well when we experienced an extreme jump in heat the week of the wedding. They did everything they could to ensure that our bride and groom and their guests were safe and comfortable. Wish I had a 6th star to give! Thank you Sassafras!

The sassafras and red wine flights were both good. We sat outside and enjoyed views of the backyard and little creek. They have tons of seating options. Fyi the stone chapel and wedding areas pictured do not appear to be accessible due to events constantly taking place here. I believe there was a wedding or photography ongoing in their event area while we were there. This was a little disappointing because that area looked so beautiful and I was hoping to explore it. The winery itself is nice to and you can walk down below over the bridge around the lawn. I’d come back to try the wood fired pizza. One critique would be that their music was playing ads. I would think they’d pay for Spotify or whatever account they use to avoid having to listen to this.

We hosted a client appreciation event, about 60 people. The space was wonderfully laid out and the staff were spot on. Casual time? Big event? Sassafras is a wonderful place.

A beautiful small vineyard outside Springdale and Fayetteville with lovely scenery, a banquet and event hall, and a chapel as well. Pizza , salad and charcuterie boards! Wine ! What else could you ask for. they have a lovely tasting room and the staff here are to notch.

Absolutely love this place! Awesome wine, live music, great patio! The views and the beauty of this place are unbelievable. We love to stop by and grab an afternoon bottle of wine sit outside and listen to the music. Highly recommend coming here!

We stopped here while on vacation and absolutely adored it! What a beautiful large property. They have a tri-level deck/patio and stunning areas for weddings/events, or to even simply take a stroll with a glass of wine. We ordered a meat lovers pizza (I believe it was $18 and all of their pizzas are 16"). Highly recommend!

Beautiful facility and setting. Good wine. However, each time we visit, the customer service has fallen short of expectations. On our most recent visit the employee taking our order kept trying to rush us along (there was no one in line behind us and the only wine menu we found was taped to the counter at the register). When we asked what she would recommend we received the less than helpful response of “it’s all really good…” After ordering two glasses of wine (for $28) the young woman at the register handed us our glasses and informed us that “next time” we should just order the whole bottle for “a couple dollars more”. Great insight and info. Shame she didn’t bother to share it with us before we had already paid for our two glasses. We will probably go back if friends ask us to meet them there. However, we’ll plan time to research the wine menu and cost options on our own before we arrive…
