This is my 3rd visit. Disappointed. Rice was dry and there's so much of it. Barely any chicken, not even chopped up. Little salad on the side that's pretty much wilted, not appetizing at all.

This is crazy they charge my $3 extra for more chicken I I received the regular portion that they give already I usto work for this company we where never this stingy im a pregnant women that was craving this meal and payed extra for something and didn’t get it and to top that off I try to call them and no one picks up just their answering machine what is going on you guys have to do better then this is not fair things are expensive and you guys are ripping people of including my self 😡😡😡 oh and I forgot they forgot to put hot sauce as well great

Zesty dark skin dude that work the cash register has a very nasty attitude. Damn near threw my receipt at me. Tf??? Newark is full of mentally-ill people. But, the first time I interacted with this “individual” I knew something was off with him. But, I guess once you feel like you can’t do better in life, you start projecting that onto the world. I hardly go here as it is. 6 months or a whole year later And without fail I see this same person. Don’t get salty with the customers because you made working in fast food your career.

after placing an order early online to pickup at 6:40 I arrived there around 7:20. when I asked for the order and showed my order on my phone the manager( at first Brian then he changed his name to vern. just like the cashier had on two different name bags) and said the order was already picked up. I told him there's no way an order could be picked by somebody else as I PLACED THE ORDER. he goes and tells me " oh , he knows the games going on because the order was already picked up". FIRST OFF, WHAT GAMES ARE YOU REFERRING TO AS A CUSTOMER WHO'S NEVER HAD A PROBLEM HERE AND ORDERS ONLINE CONSTANTLY" ALSO, "JUST BECAUSE YOU GAVE OUT THE ORDER TO SOMEONE ELSE AND that's YOU FAULT DOESN'T MAKE IT MY FAULT!" He, AS THE MANAGER, wants to banter back and forth while I'm showing him the receipt and everything and he's just accusing me of some b.s. after I traveled all the way down here in the first place. I just place the order again(only because I know I'm right and I'm hungry), all the while him and the cashier are just talking b.s the whole time about me. this was a freaking HORRENDOUS EXPERIENCE. I've never had to pre order a meal just for the meal to be given away to some else, then be blamed and shamed for it, and to also have to buy the same meal again while being talked about . that's the craziest thing ever. totally unprofessionalism at the upmost.

Ordered lunch for pickup, since it’s only 5 minutes from my new workspace. Order was ready when I arrived. Food was good real good. Their website provides flow to customize the order, to modify rice type, sauce type and its quantity. Their container is also neat, it has a slot to put the extra sauce container. I’ll be regular at this location, to get my lunch once a week.

They charge a good price, but the portion size is lacking! Do not order extra meat because there is no extra meat! Food tastes good but Darku Japan skimps on the portion size! Also do not call Sarku Japan over the phone! They cannot process orders over the phone! They pretend to take your order. But do not prepare your order! Poorly managed and bad ownership! This is a picture of chicken with extra meat which costs about $2 extra! Shameful!

I ordered sushi and chicken teriyaki. The sushi was absolutely horrible. The wasabi was dried up and I had little to no ginger at all. The sushi alone was disgusting. This has never happened to me before in the past…the sushi was always great but today it was SO OFF.😒😒.
