This is a nice center. A little bit of trash in the bushes but nothing too crazy. They have a good tenant mix, anchored by Giant Food. At noon on. Wednesday it wasn’t too busy here at all.
Just went to giant, is a really nice small shopping center. It has a good pizzeria there and also an ABC liquor store. Cleaned and well kept parking lot.
Saratoga has everything I need. My Giant, I get my nails done at Serenity, it has an ABC store, my vet/groomer are here. And an Auto store where I'm gonna get my new wipers and spray for the thunderstorms here in the area. Also, I did some research of periodontist and they have one in the Saratoga Shopping Ctr. I couldn't believe it!! So convenient. I wish the Saratoga Apts next it to were affordable for me, but you can't win them all.
Unsafe pedestrian entrance forces walkers into the vehicle entrance, when all it would take to connect the crosswalk to the public sidewalk is a 4ft detour to the left. Clearly my safety was at most an after thought by the developer.
Best places are the Thai restaurant and Saratoga pizzeria. The Giant is well - not a value store so you overpay for most things. Fruits and vegetables though are good and fresh. The dry cleaners are good but the Veterinarian is like most in NOVA, cash flow hungry so beware.
This shopping center is just ok. I tried contacting the property management to get the lease information on a vacant spot, but was stonewalled by the leasing agent. This probably explains why so many of the units are vacant. I wouldn't want to work with a management company that doesn't respond quickly and openly with information. I am sure being a tenant would be horrible. It seemed like something shady is going on. Many vacant units. And the Chase ATM in the parking lot is always broken. The whole plaza could use an upgrade. Recently big potholes have appeared in their parking lot. It is just an accident waiting to happen.

Nice place to shop, nail studio is absolutely awesome. Lynn is fantastic! They have a subway a Starbucks in their parking lot and a pizza place and a dry cleaners and a ABC store and many others
